Doesn't miss Axel's 'Bad' side from CoM?
I mean, everywhere I go, people are always saying things like "Axel is such a little wimp in KH2, I liked him better in CoM!"

I mean, I respect your opinions and all, but I have yet to find ANYONE who likes his compassionate side more.
Personally, I really hated how mean and harsh he could be in CoM... I love his nice side to death xDD

So, am I the only one?

 

You like Ansem's wickedly evil ways, but not Axel's?

Or maybe you just like Ansem for his looks. :p

But yeah, I liked Axel in CoM more than KH2. In CoM he gave a manipulative and mysterious feeling, but in KH2 he was just too sweet. Bad guys should be evil (although he wasn't really evil in KH2, but even then being good shouldn't change his personality that much). CoM made people think that he was one of the strongest members of the Organization, but then in KH2 you would be sorta surprised that he could defeat even Vexen.

 

Axel is so much better as a nice person!

 

I think Axel was a lot better in KH2 than CoM because he wasn't such a cold-hearted (If he had a heart) jerk.

 

Yeahhh, in CoM he just kinda came across as (for lack of a better word) cold-hearted.

My gawd, everything about that word doesn't fit Axel :P

@Nol: Yes, I like Ansem because he looks beautiful (xDDD) but also because he's THE best villain in the game and was meant to be evil. -not including Sephiroth because I don't want him to stab me- he can pull off being evil great.

 

I'm with you on this, MadiYasha. I hated how Axel acted in CoM. I thought he was all evil and stuff, and then he shows up in KH2 and he's nice and lovable, but still kinda evil because of the whole betraying the rest of the Organization deal.

Yes, I like KH2 Axel MUCH better.

 

i agree axel is way better than he was in com he was really harsh in com espeally wen he takes out that one dude in twilight town.

 

Yeah! In KH2, he pulls off being evil by betraying the Organization and NOT being evil! I just think it adds to his character a lot.

So many people just see him as a wuss in KH2... but I mean, come on guys, the dude loses his heart, His former life, and eventually his best friend.

Its a horrible expieriance, He was gonna have to crack sometime.

CoM- Axel, is evil, how many times must I say it? He desposes of the traitors, and the people who would....mess up his good show.

KH2- He ain't bad, because he is too busy trying to get his friend back. Technically, CoM Axel is his true form, and he got soft in KH2 because he wanted his friend.

 

I hate the CoM Axel.He killed my two fave members but I'm in love with the KH2 Axel.He seems more friendly and sacrifised himself just to allow his friend to leave but now,he is whole.

 

You liked....Vexen?XD But he isn't that bad actually.

But yeah, I dig evil/normal Axel anyday, but KH2 Axel pwns also.

 

yeah, for the most part i like his kh2 side better. but there are some aspecs of com i miss....

 

I only liked the fact that the CoM Axel is good at manupilating.

I agree with you, if that means anything. I played KHII before I played COM, so I was more than a little surprised at how cruel he was back then. He was my favorite character up until then...so you can see that I obviously wasn't very happy with it.

 

Man! Axel was mean in CoM! Mean, mean, mean!! It makes me want to slap him in the face! xD
I liked him so much more in Kingdom hearts 2. He was so nice! I really apreciated his attitude! :D To say the truth I felt so sad when he died in KH2....*cries* ok I'm done...xD

 

I feel exactly the same way. He wasn't just mean, he was cruel.

I like them both. CoM Axel was showing the colder side of Axel that needed to be shown so you don't think he's a complete wuss and can actually fight and kill, if he needs to. KH2 Axel was showing the more compassionate side that shows he can have friends and know what its like to lose, and so you don't think all he does is kill everyone he sees. Think about how it would be if they ended Axel's story at CoM. All you'd remember is that he killed off a bunch of members from his own organization. But the combination shows that he knows when to do what he needs to.
