The Shogun's reality-warping powers rewrite and nullify the fort's abilities and obliterate the dog. Assuming these vaguely-named "vectors" you refer to are euclidean vectors, an abstract force that affects perceptual reality has no quantifiable magnitude or direction, and thus is not affected by the fort's ability. The dog is easily dispatched from a distance once his defenses are down.

The answer. The Dog is not in the fort. it is just a dream.

 

He would copy the Fort's awesome powers and set those forces upon the original fort, and with both forced being unable to destroy each other, the forts will both be cancelled out, leaving only Blade and a defenseless dog.

The dog can surrender or be destroyed (we hope for the former).

 

How does disintegration have a vector? It comes from within the thing, arising from the very nature of all matter.

Uses magic to teleport dog out of fort, yet far enough away the dog can't get to her before she slaughters him. With more magic. Then drops an enormous cake on his dead body.
