I see it all too clear
I was never the one
That you wanted near

I tried to kid myself
I wanted so much for it to be true
But suddenly I realise
I'm not the one for you

You think that I didn't notice
You think that I dont see
The way you look at her is different
To how you have ever looked at me

I can see it in your eyes
And hear it in your voice
I shouldn't tbe surprised really
I am ALWAYS second choice

But this time I thought different
I thought it could be real
Because of everything you told me
Because of how you made me feel

So i guess I give up, im letting go
I'm tired of all the fights
I'm tired of competing when I know I can't win
Im tired of bitter nights

So you can leave now, you can be with her
I guess I will live to fight another day
But dont act all concernerd and sad
When I tell you I'm not ok

I'm tired of always being second best.​
