poem...new...yeah...whatever...It's ****...​

So Nothing has changed
And you're still the same
It was foolish to think I was free

And everyone looks
And they all stare
But none of them really see

And none of them listen
They dont understand
Just how bad you hurt me

I wish that I could go back
I wish I could say how I feel
I would give up everything
If it meant that I could finally be real

I'm lost in this shadow
A reflection of who I used to be
And everything is in the air
Nothing makes sense anymore
Am I really here?
I wish I was never there

I tried so hard to let you go
I tried so hard to move on
I tried so hard to leave the past
Everything happened all so fast
You were there and we were happy
Then you left and I was alone
Alone for so long
But I learnt to be strong
And I knew that I could move on from you

But no matter what I do
You keep coming back
Keep bringing up the past
And each time you do
It gives me that hope
Then each time you leave
I struggle to cope

Im tired of your games
And I am tired of your lies
I've cried so many tears
Lost in angry sighs

I wish that it was the way
That it always used to be
When everyone was happy
When I felt like me
But each time you come back
I become more unsure
I dont think I can do this
I cant play by your rules any more

If you want to stay
Then stay
If you want to go
Then go
Just go if you want to leave
But this time dont expect me to grieve
I said my goodbyes long ago​

Sometimes you make me so damn angry I could actually scream
Sometimes you are stupidly immature
Sometimes you are completely pathetic
Sometimes you are so self obsessed,
That it is surprising you can even spare time away from your mirror to breathe
Sometimes I wish that I wasn't a nice person
Sometimes I wish I could tell some of you exactly what I think of you

Sometimes you are the biggest hypocrite I have ever come across
Sometimes you are twisted;
You treat people like they are your friends one minute, then turn in the next

It kills me that I can't ever tell you just how much you piss me off.

But sometimes
Sometimes you can be amazing, and it confuses the heck out of me
Sometimes I wish I could say so many things
But I know I never will

Sometimes I hate you
Sometimes I think I almost love you

So I appear to have got over my most recent bout of writer's block =/ IDK I just have all these ideas running around my head at the moment, mainly stupid ones :P

Hmm all my poems appear to be quite sad, I am realising this more and more =/ maybe I should write a happier one next time xD so far I only have one happy one <_>

All dreams die
And wishes dont come true

I tell myself this
day in, day out
but I can't believe it
I wont believe it
I know that I will find you

Ive come so far
And lost so much
But your voice it haunts me
Along with the memory of your touch

I can't let go of love
I can't break free of my dreams
I'm lost in a million wishes
In a place where nothing is as it seems

For my world is turned upside down
My mind is turned inside out
Day is night and all is dark
Slowly I am falling
Falling apart

Love is a lie
A beautiful dream
But all dreams end
It all fades away
And we are left to feel the loss
For yet another day​

I think they are all sad, because my writing is where I express myself when i feel down or angry xD instead of expressing it like a normal person I use it for inspiration :P I should probably stop doing that <_>

Silence

Ironically, I HAD intended to write a happy poem tonight

Without looking back
You walked away
And I couldn't find the words
There was nothing I could say

Bitter tears they fell
Gently to the ground
I could feel my heart breaking
But I still didn't make a sound

The sky grew darker
Grey clouds overhead
The rain fell down around me
Whispering every word you have ever said

The wind made me shiver
A deep burning cold
And I was lost in memories
Of all the lies you have told

And suddenly, I see things clearly
Suddenly I understand
I was never anything to you
Though I followed your every demand

I gave up everything I had
Just to be with you
But Now I finally see it
And I dont know what to do

All I know is that I am alone
And that time is standing still
And despite everything I love you
And I know I always will

I listen to the water
The waves singing a lullaby
The wind calms down
I have no more tears to cry

I look at your footprints
Follow the trail with my eyes
Smiling I breathe deeply
I have already said my goodbyes

And now I go to freedom
Now I go to find hope
I will be stronger now
I know that I can cope

I walk forwards
I walk towards my goal
I just want to be me again
I just want to be whole

The water closes around me
And suddenly I know
That to find true freedom
I just have to let go

And suddenly there is nothing
