Alone In A Crowded Room

Xian took one really long glance at the coach, which was now arguing with a girl. She blinked, then did a spasm jump.

Wow, that was weird, she thought imprudently, never spasmed like that before...

She then heard a door slam, and being oversensitive, the way she is, she jumped, fell off a chair, and made a run to the toilets, twitching her eyes.

It was either the coach being the omen, the day itself, or just plain ol' her.

 

OOC: Your character is very jumpy! lol

IC:"Okay," Jenni replied, following right behind Mike.

As they wandered down the halls of the high school, Jenni started thinking about how lucky she was to have Mike as a friend.

And she couldn't stop smiling.

 

Mike stopped infront of the principles office

 

"We're here already?" Jenni asked, surprised.

 

"yea" Mike said nodding his head he opens the door and says" ladies first" with a smile

 

"Thank you," Jenni said as she stepped inside the air-conditioned office. "It's freezing!"

After a moment of shock, Xian then calmed herself down by seeing which toilet she went to. She took one look at the cubicles, and heard boys talking.

Oh F**k, I've gone into the wrong toilet, she thought, worriedly, before doing one of her jumpy nervous breakdowns and running out of the toilets, she bumped into the head of the Classics department.

'Ss-sso terribly sorry!' stuttered Xian, doubling herself with the jumps.

 

"here" Mike said giving her his sweatshirt to wear it smelt like apples because of his mother's laundry soap she used

 

The head of Classics turned back to her, and lifting up his glasses, he said sternly, 'Ah, you must be the newbie, Xian!'

With that, Xian looked shocked.

How the [beep] does he know me?, she thought, still blinking and jumpy like mad.

'You seem lost. Now, for that bump you did, I assume you must be lost, am I right?' He swayed in pride for his all knowing knowledge he thought he had.

'Here's the homework from the lesson you just missed. Ask the receptionist for your timetable and get to work.My name is Mr.Anduon. Don't forget it!'

He gave her a huge book, ten sheets and a new folder with tags, and left. Cockily.

Xian stuck her tounge out behind his back, and being as clumsy as ever, dropped the books from the weight.

 

"Thank you," Jenni replied as she began to blush.

OOC: OMJB you may not believe this, but I'm blushing, too!!! lol

 

Mike smiled and went up to the secetary and says" we need to talk to the principle"

OOC: I can see where this is leading with you two! ^-^ hehe!

After putting her books away, she got on to her classics homework, just close to the P.E class in where there was the scary coach. She twitched, jumped in shock, and then got to work.

After she had finished (about 5 mins), she felt generally lonely. That girl she met earlier, Anna, was so sweet. Xian could never measure herself up to all the good people she ever met.

On the bright side, though, was that she could still text her friends, which are still in London, and get a laugh from one of their messages. Heck she was popular there, albeit a little weird.

"Why, of course," the secretary answered before pointing to a door behind her. "He's inside."

Jenni followed Mike inside, her heart beating faster with every step for fear of getting punished.

Xian took her phone out and began to text Mai, her best friend in London.
Hey Mai, wuu2? Place isn't the same without u 2 share sum laughz! she texted, smirking at the fact that they still are in contact.

Before long, a text came back.

Xian!! I miss u so much. U hav no idea how much I've been thinkin bout u lately. I've gt a bf now, but I wud hav luvd it if u were here. Dam, do ur parentz alwayz do dis 2 ya? Luv, Mai xxx

Xian, looking side to side, making sure no-one can see her on the phone, texted back, My Parentz r [beep]ing mental! Can't believe tht they're doin dis 2 me alwayz. It makes me sad 2 no tht ur nt here 2 tlk 2 anymore. Luv, Xian xxx

"Are you sure the principal won't get mad because we're skipping class and because we're disturbing him?" Jenni questioned Mike as she hid behind him.

Xian started to hum 'I've got little tiny pogo, in my hand, I've got the whole life in my hands!'

She then walked down the corridoor.

 

"Okay, if you say so," Jenni agreed.

 

Mike walked into the principle's office and says" hello sir"
