No Thanks Allow HTML in siggys without counting towards the limit.

Okay, we can put HTML in our siggys. I love that, it lets me do my list. the thing is, it takes up all the space. I cannot fit more people in, due to the HTML counting.

Can we make it like the bb code, so it does not count towards the total words/lines?

 

No... otherwise people will just embed a shi- load of things and it will take up too much bandwidth.

 

I think that how many lines in your sig should be changed just a smige higher. And there could be a limit to how much HTML and embed you put in your sig.

But ATM, I can put a shi- load of BB code. I could encode each letter a different colour.

My list thing takes up a hell of a lot of text, so that at best I can only fit one more person in. I have a couple more needed.

 

once you get premium status, you get a bigger sig allowance, so you'll just have to make due with what you have and be happy.

 

Meh. But even as premium, it does not address the problem. I can encode a ton o' stuff with BB, but I cannot do nearly as much as that with HTML. (Not to mention that HTML is longer)

To be perfectly honest, I am not sure I like the idea of allowing HTML as it is. Recently members were doing things that had an affect on the site (if you were using Internet Explorer anyway).

As much as we like to make the members happy we can't give them everything xD what if we increased the HTML and then you decided you wanted to add even more?

Sorry but no. There wont be an increase in the amount of HTML that you are allowed to use/fit in. ​
