Alice in Dreamland

He studied Alice, still wondering where he knew her from. "Wonderland....? Like that fairy tale 'Alice in Wonderland'...Which would make you Alice." He said this seemingly to thin air, not facing either of them. "And what do you mean its not the same?" He asked Alice

 

"I remember coming here so long ago...Everything was so enchanting..." The girl stood up and glanced at the boy with a long sigh. "But not like this. Have you seen those clouds? Something's not right."

Pausing, Alice wondered for a moment why she cared. Or why she was even explaining it to these people. But for some reason, she felt they should know and that it's be for the better if they were told by her instead of finding out the hard way. She looked at Eve, breathing gently and smiling a bit. She didn't feel so insane. Especially with these two. Though the boy didn't look so bad.

 

"Hm...Well I would've loved to see this place in its former glory..." He muttered to no one in particular. He then looked to Alice. "Maybe it can be fixed?" He half asked half wondered.

 

The Cheshire Cat's ears pricked up as he looked around. "Alice...?" He disappeared again.
Rin watched him go, sighing.
"`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves, Did gyre and gimble in the wabe. All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe...." The Cheshire Cat's voice echoed around Alice and the others.

 

Alice lifted her chin, glancing around slowly and putting a hand on her hip. A knowing smile tugged at her lips as she listened to his voice.

"Cat?" She murmured, looking up into the trees where he might appear.

 

Daevon's eyes followed, the earthen ground grinding against his jacket.

 

Lexn appeared on one of the branches, singing the Jabberwock poem. Lifting up his ears like a man would with his hat, he grinned. "A CHESHIRE Cat." Sitting up properly, he gazed down at Alice.

 

Ooc: AHEM.

Beatrice crossed her arms and frowned at the lack of replies. Surely SOMEONE had to hear her, or maybe she wasn't loud enough. Walking further into the garden were she saw a group of three people, Beatrice slowly made her way to them.

 

The Cheshire Cat's ears pricked up. He took of his head and stood on it, messing around playfully. "Can you stand on your head?" He asked Beatrice, not looking at her.

 

Beatrice stopped after someone's voice and turned her head left and right, not seeing the person. "Huh?

 

The Cheshire Cat put his head back on and then turned to Len; swinging down on the branch, he held himself upside-down in front of her. "Can you stand on your head?" He asked again, grinning.

 

OOC: Whoever gives me a recap will be loved forever.

 

OOC: The Cheshire Cat appeared by Alice and now is talking to them all. Daevon is with Rin after saving her from a mutant fish and now is calling her his 'collectable'. And apparently, if anyone who is a part of Wonderland or is in Wonderland tries to leave without fulfilling their task (saving wonderland), they'll die or turn to dust.

 

OOC: All right, thanks. XD hope no one responded to meh.

BIC: Tossing the apple up into the tree, Kayla waited with her hand outstretched. The damned thing never came back. Sighing, she pulled herself up on the lower branch, trying to find it. Where the hell.....the branch wobbled, snapping, and she fell to the ground, cussing when she found her breath.

 

OOC: Crap...I missed my cue...

BIC: The Hatter sighed. He hated it when he blanked out. He walked over to the four, then noticed the Cheshire Cat. "Cat..." he said softly, nodding toward him.

 

The Cheshire Cat shot a glance at him. "A CHESHIRE Cat."

 

The Hatter shrugged. "Makes no difference to me. There are hairless cats, tabby cats, calico cats, and, in your case, a Cheshire Cat. No matter how you play your cards, you're all still cats."

 

Jumping down from the tree and walked over to the Mad Hatter. Turning into Len, he grinned still. "And I hope this is not much of a disappointment to you." Turning towards the woods, he clicked his fingers.
Plants and trees parted in way, making a straight path to Rin. Rin smiled and ran to Len. "Che- I mean, Len!" Stopping in front of him, she smiled at the Mad Hatter. "Nice to meet'cha and greet'cha!"

 

Daevon was dragged behind, grumbling all the way.

 

The Hatter smiled, but just barely. "Charmed. Now, what are you all doing here? Last I remember, the only one who could get here was a little girl whose hair wanted cutting. Sound familiar?"
