That's kinda what I just said but this reinforces the idea that it'd work. I'm saying that there will be 20 slots and four judges. Choose your five songs so I can make the vid. It'll be up when everything has been established.

 

Shouldn' we also have a time limit for the video's like the minimum being 1:40 to like the full limit of the song? (They mashed up two song together that'd be godly. O_O)

How very ironic, but you assume you think I didn't notice you said you didn't want to judge. I said you were asked to be one in past tense, not as you could of been but chose not too.

Ok guys heres the gist of it. Larxel's made 6 contests so I think she knows whats she is talking about. I like the song idea but I don't think it might be fitting for our first ever contest. We're not that well known and we kinda want ppl entering the contest and whatnot. Also if i remember correctly my last contest never even started cuz I tried to make ppl make AMVs with a specific song. Anyway the contest will have 20 ppl Max in it. All 4 of us will judge each video by how Larxel had judged hers cause I think its a simple way to judge. We'll PM our thoughts on the videos on this site. We'll also say which bands and genres of music that we each like in case they want to make a new AMV. 1 Video only. No head to head. 20 videos are submitted and 1 wins. This will be our first contest. We'll also put details on how to join the family if contestants want to. The winner of the contest will be asked by us if they want to join. Pretty much thats a "We like your stuff, plz join us" ticket for the winner. So, any questions?

Hey guys, I wont be able to actually work on any videos for a month or two, I need to buy a new monitor for my computer *kinda broke it* I can still watch stuff on it, but I can't edit with it because of the position of where it broke.

lol stardust is a good friend of mine and partner in crime with Larxel. They were the leaders of Zhe Axelrific Family. Stardust is a great AMV maker and has won her fair share of contests.

 

I would totally recommend Monkey Island, it's hysterically funny and blast to play @__@. Has a really great script for a videogame. It is point-and-click though, so I'd be wary of it if you don't like stuff like Phoenix Wright, Time Hollow, etc. (i.e. games that are mostly dialogue).

You can pick it up from any installment in the series really, but the fourth one tends to be the one most people would advise you stay away from, it's just not as good apparently. I haven't tried it myself.

The second one is my favorite <3.

I already knew it was a point and click and I know its gotten great reviews but I never knew anyone who played it.

Also guys I haz a request for youz. In my English class we're having a group project based on 3 horror books. Short story my group got Dracula and we made a fill for it. We filmed it yesterday and I am the editor. The thing is we don't know what to call it. At first it was "The Better Dracula", then it was "Drac to the Future". Also this is like a comedy parody of a couple of scenes from the Dracula movie. So we need a funny title that makes sense. Any ideas?
