Age of Dragons

Chi nodded and giggled."Mmmmm Sure. And no you don't sound like a hobo..." she said lightly as sora's stomache growled.Chi looked down and patted sora's head."Follow me." she said as her dragon got into flying stance.

 

"OK. Thanks," said John. He looked down at his dragon and said, "Let's go, Vento." The dragon nodded as he took off after Chi and Sora.

 

The dragon flew down to where a house was on a island with trees surronding the house. Chi jumped off seeing Vento and john coming closer.

Dragon(element): Fire
Bio: Dral is one of several commanding generals in the Fire Region. Considered a prodigy for taming a Fire dragon and becoming a general at a relatively young age, he is very respected. He rarely removes his armor, as he is always ready to fly into a battle. Dral believes that his twin sister, Kaden, died when she went off to tame a Dark dragon.
Other: Dral is very powerful, but is power hungry, causing him to make risky decisions that end badly.

Dragon(element): Darkness
Bio: Kaden is Dral's sister, believed to be dead. Because of this, she could no longer return to her home in the Fire Region, even though she successfully tamed a Dark dragon, and became a wanderer. As the years passed she became a bounty hunter, and gained quite a reputation at never losing her quarry. She is a mysterious person, and seems to have her own agenda with the war between the Fire Region and the rest of the world.
Other: Kaden is cold and distant, but she will accept any job - provided that the reward is to her liking.

 

John's dragon landed next to Chi's as he stepped off. He looked around, trying to familiarize himself with the surroundings. "Nice place," he said. "Really different than the mountain I live on." He looked at all of the trees surrounding the house. "So, how many trees have been burned down here?" he asked, sarcastically.

Chi looked at him with curoisity."It's called cutting them down. We don't hurt nature, my mom says be surrond by it and hidden, and this house has been here forever. Apperently we have a castle on the mainland, but it's too risky to live there apperently." Chi said coldly. Sora shook his head at John.

Kaden had watched the interactions of the other riders. After analyzing them, she decided to follow Chi and John.
Her dragon, Ravage, was a large black dragon with red markings on it, similar to her own armor. "Fly silent, boy, we don't want them to sense us," she said to him, urging him lower from the clouds. Ravage had the advantage of stealth at night because of his colouring, so they could descend from the clouds slightly.

 

"Relax, I was joking," said John, laughing. "You know? Dragons breathe fire, fire plus tree equals BOOM!" John waved his hands up in the air when he said 'Boom'. "Anyways, what's for dinner?" Both John's and Vento's stomachs growled at the same time. They exchanged glances and John chuckled a bit and said, "That's my boy! Think with your stomach!"

 

Chi giggled and nodded."What's your faverite meal? I can cook dragon and human but i always do the dragons first....if you don't mind?" Chi said opening a door and showing him a beautiful italin stainless stelless kitchen.

Kaden guided Ravage down several hundred yards away from the house.
"We can keep track of them from here...do your best to stay quiet, and don't start a wildfire, alright?" she said to her dragon. Ravage puffed out smoke in protest. Kaden laughed quietly in response and said, "Don't worry...if this proves to be too troublesome, we can torch the whole island."

 

Above the clouds a bullet of a dragon flew quickly through the air. Upon it's back was a rider clad in silver amour. The man known as Rain had just completed a job and received his payment of gold. A fine use it would be and a grand prize it was for head hunting a handful of mass murderers. A simple task for someone with the speed of a dragon on their side.

 

Ravage looked up at the sky suddenly and growled. Kaden watched the dragon. "Something there, Ravage?" she asked it. Ravage nodded in response.
"Hm...I know that this will be where these riders will stay...I suppose it's worth checking out," Kaden thought, then said to Ravage, "Alright, have it your way. Follow whatever you saw."
Ravage snarled and thrashed slightly. Kaden laughed. "Fine, fine, start a little fire here. Let's see if they know how to handle a real danger," she said, and as they took off, Ravage exhaled a stream of fire, effectively setting the surrounding trees ablaze. The two flew high into the air, and Kaden spotted the dragon and rider that got Ravage's attention. She called out to them.

 

Ahead of the new dragon and rider that was now following them, Rain ignored any noise and continued to fly forwards. His lightning dragon was quicker than the darkness dragon behind him. The silent rider was slowly getting far ahead of the dark dragon and it's rider. Nothing would knock him from his course it would seem.

John stared in awe at the fire around him. He looked around frantically for whoever started it, but they had disappeared. Vento jumped back and started flapping his wings in slow, yet powerful, movements. The force of the wind lessened the fire a bit, but it was only a matter of time before it started back up again.

 

Kaden cursed. "Fast little thing, isn't he...Ravage, let's show them what a Dark dragon is capable of," she said to him. In a few moments, Ravage's powerful wings carried them closer to the smaller dragon.
"Rider," Kaden shouted at him, "if you don't speak, I will attack, and it would be unwise to further underestimate the power of a Dark dragon."

 

Chi look around only to be trapped under the house. Sora couldn't reach her so he asked jon,''She's still inside! I need you to help me! please! hurry!" Sora had said while looking at the burning house.

 

Rain barely turned his head to look behind him. He got a good enough look from the view through his helmet before he turned his head around again. It looked as if he wasn't going to stop when suddenly his dragon folded in it's wings and the two of them plumeted towards the ground below fast. Before hitting the ground the dragon's wings expanded once more and it glided in a circle till it slowly met the ground and landed. As soon as it stopped it lay down to which Rain jumped off of it.

 

John looked around, still in shock. He looked between Vento and the house ruins. When he came to a decision, he pulled out his sword and said to Sora, "Stay here and help Vento. I'll get Chi." He ran towards the ruins of the house and started slashing around, looking for Chi. "Chi! Where are you!?!" he called out as his dragon continued flapping his wings, repressing the fire.
