Mark followed Mya, "hey, where do you think they will launch the fireworks from?" he asked.

Hwaje stood up, and walked over to Shia, so, how many centuries old are you? he asked.

 

Kaden awoke shortly after, and thanked the doctor for his help. She was still sore and in some pain, but it was better than being dead.
"Speaking of which..." Kaden thought, as she looked for Rain. He was standing outside, and she approached him and asked, "Where am I, exactly?"

She looked over the beach. They'll fire it overthe beach. That's why the hotel was booked cause it's next to the beach. She gave him a smile.

Shia tilted her head. I'm 1024 years old.

 

"They call this place the Valley of Rain", Rain replied. He looked around the room for a moment as the doctor left out the back. "It's called that because they say it can never rain here, although the first time I was here it rained", he continued.

 

Hwaje gave a toothy grin, 2567.


Mark grinned at that, "then Hwaje and I have a surprise finaly for them," he said.

 

Shia snorted. Old hag.

Mya sighed and gripped his hand tighter. What kind of suprise?

 

Nah, it's more like your a teenager, dragons have been known to live up to 15000 years, it's just that most of us older ones got killed off in the great dragon wars of old, before the humans came to Rigels. Hwaje said.

Mark grinned, "well, in the fire nation, there is a special technique to make a briliant show of fire, but it only works if you have a fire dragon, which are rare out here, so I'm guessing it would be the show of a lifetime for a lot of people," he said.

 

"I see..." Kaden said. She looked up at him and asked, "Is that why you're called Rain?"

 

Rain remained silent in thought for a moment, "I suppose so", he replied. He shifted his armour a little bit as it seemed to have slide to one side slightly before continuing the conversation, "How are your injuries?" he asked.

 

"It still hurts quite a bit, but...I don't think I'm dying anymore," Kaden said. She looked the room, then said, "Is it okay if we walked around here some? Just to see if I can actually move on my own now."

 

"Sure", Rain replied waiting for Kaden to start to move. If the doctors treatment was like usual she would be able to move more freely than other treatment would allow. Rain considered the doctor to be magic but this was due to his lack of knowledge of medicine.

 

Mya frowned. But I don't think they'll allow Hwaje.

 

Mark grinned, "exactaly why it is a 'surprise finaly' we don't need tons of people to set it up, we just need a fire dragon, a rider with fire-resistant clothes, which I have, a box of fireworks, and five supple tree branches," he said.

 

Mya smiled. So you think they'll like it?

 

Mark's grin on his face showed the answer, "it would be impossible that they didn't," he said, before whistling loudly.

Hwaje cocked his head to the side, and that'll be Mark, I wonder what he wants? he said to Shia, before taking off into the sky.

 

Mya smiled. I hope I'll like it too. She whistled to call Shia.

Shia cocked her head. Probably a surprise. She flew.

 

Hwaje landed next to Mark, who hopped on, "I'll see you later, I gotta go prepare for the finaly!" he said, as Hwaje began to beat his massive wings, taking off into the air.

 

Mya smiled and waved at him. Ok then! I'll wait for you at the hotel!

 

Kaden nodded and began to walk forward. She stumbled slightly, then turned to Rain and said, "I hate to ask this...but can you help me walk?"
She hated being reliant on others, but she trusted Rain enough, and this was an unfamiliar territory to her.
