Age of Dragons

Mya loosened the crying a little. Thank you Mark. I feel so much more safer with you. She wiped her eyes.

 

Mark looked at her, "your welcome," he said, what is this I'm feelling? Is it... love? he wondered to himself.

Hwaje grinned, and brodcasted a thought to the other dragons, you know, what would happen if everyone was as mischevious as Vento? I mean... there would either be a world full of lovebirds, or everyone would be ticked off at dragons.

 

Shia made a laugh. You're probably right. It would be like that.

Mya clutched onto Mark harder and closed her eyes. I'm sorry that I got you guys into this mess.

 

Mark shook his head, "it is no problem for me, I would have been hunted down by some bounty hunter sooner or later, that is just part of being a tratior, or in your case, prophisized dragon rider," he said.

Hwaje crackled with laughter.

 

She smiled and looked at him. We probably should get going. She let go of him.

 

Mark nodded, and walked over to Hwaje, who kneeled down so Mark could pack the last of his gear. "Alright, Hwaje and I are ready to go, Mya, you might want to get some of your things," he said.

 

Mya nodded and headed inside to pack her things.

 

Mark watched Mya walk inside, then he turned to John and Chi, "so what have you guys been doing this whole time I was asleep?" he asked.

 

Chi snuggled up against him a peaceful smile on her lips, her eyes closed against the fifteen year old boy."Thank you John." she said softly.

 

Mya placed food, water, her sword, and money in her bag. Hmm. This should be enough for our journey. Mya grabbed her bag and headed outside. Ok I'm ready.

 

Mark nodded, "okay then, we should get on our way now, the flight will take time," he said, "and we should realy decide where we are going."

 

Mya thought for a second. This will be unbiased then. Since Shia is the fastest, I will arrive at our destination first. How are supposed to meet up like this?

 

Mark looked at her, "and that is why you need to get Shia to fly slower than normal, so that the rest of us can keep up with you two," he said.

 

Mya nodded. Alright then. Mya examined a tree at a distance. According to my calculations, if the wind is blowing that way...She continued to murmer to herself. Then we have a good tailwind right now. So if we leave now, we cam arrive at our destination in 1 day.

 

Mark nodded, and ran to Hwaje, and climbed on his back, "alright then, let's get going!" he yelled to the rest, as Hwaje began to flap his wings.

 

Mya jumped onto Shia's back. Don't go to fast Shia. Shia sighed and started to flap her wings.

 

John nodded and hopped on top of his dragon. Vento started to flap his wings along with the others.

 

Chi jumped onto sora who was already. She waved at john winking. She turned to mya."We need to think of new names and discuss but also maybe new names for the dragons too?" chi asked in concern.

 

Mya shrugged. We'll talk about that once we get there. Fir now, try to stick with us! Mya and Shia shot up into the air.

 

Mark nodded, and then Hwaje shot into the air behind Shia and Mya, as Mark rode him.

I've always wanted my name to be Hot Stuff, can we go with that? Hwaje asked Mark.

"Not in your life," was the only reply.
