Age of Dragons

Rain pulled a strange vial of liquid from the saddle. He then gave it to Kaden, "Drink that", he ordered as he went back over to his dragon. "Everything works fast in the lightning region, even the medicine", he stated as he leant against his dragon's saddle.

 

She sighed. Me? I can't take 2 steps without being swarmed by people. She sighed again.I wish I wasn't so famous.

 

"Don't ignore me boy, Kaden may have taken a liking to you but I will not hesitate to kill you," Ravage roared. Kaden held the vial and looked at it. "What is it?" she said weakly.

 

"Medicine, it's able to seal wounds", Rain explained. The medicine in her hand is able to stop blood from pooring and seal any openings where blood is able to get out by entering the blood stream and clotting the exits until they close naturally.

 

Ravage roared in anger, and was about to strike at Rain. "Ke'mot, Rav'ika," Kaden said as strongly as she could. Ravage instantly froze, then retreated to a standby position, but still growled.
Kaden looked at Rain. "I trust you," she said, and drank the medicine.

 

OOC: SUCKA IT'S POISON. NOT *shot*

BIC: Rain returned to silence and stood lent against his dragon. He wasn't frightened of Ravage which was strange for anyone to not fear a menacing dragon. On the other hand, Rain's dragon still slept.

 

John was coming back after gathering the food, and a few things extra for the journey ahead of them. He looked down at the scenery below. "Looks even better at night," he said.

 

Kaden winced in pain as the medicine started to act. Rain was right, it was fast, but it was also painful. "Rain," she said, voice still weak, "We should head back to the inn, I think I'd like to lay down."
She got up okay, but then as she walked she still was uneasy, and stumbled and fell. She swore silently, then got up again.

 

Rain followed Kaden and caught up with her, helping her walk by having himself be a leaning tool. He took the injured Kaden to the inn and sat her down in the lobby. "Our rooms should be ready now", he said.

 

Mark looked at her, "why are you famous, because of Shia?" he asked.

BIC: She nodded. I own the rarest dragon on the planet. In my opinion, I don't really care about it. But people take it very seriously. Everywhere I go, I get swarmed by people greeting me. I don't understand wy it's such a big deal.

 

Mark looked at her, then out the window, "Shia seems pretty young, much younger then Hwaje, but she must have been born at some point after the great darklight wars," he said.

 

Kaden looked up at him. "Thank you..." she murmured. The innkeeper nodded at them, and handed Rain a key.
"Your room is up the stairs, last door in the hallway," the innkeeper said, smiling, "Enjoy yourselves."
Kaden thanked him, and with Rain's help made it up the stairs. She used the wall as support as she walked down the hallway, stumbling here and there but not falling.

 

She watched Shia sleep. There's a lot of history behind her. Most of it is better kept secret. She looked outside. Hmm. I think it's today.

 

Rain opened the door to the room once they got there. He helped Kaden inside and guided her to her bed so she could lie down. Afterwards, Rain proceeded to look for his own bed.

 

Sora waited until John came back for food.

Chi sat on his bed freezing. I'm soo c-cold she thought to herself.

Sora sat up and saw John coming up the hill."Hey loverboy,Chi's freezing." sora told him.

 

Mark looked over to the window again, then back the Mya, "what is today?" he asked.

Hwaje rolled over in his sleep yet again.

 

Kaden thanked him again, and once she saw her armor bag in the corner of the room, she laid down. She noted that the bed was larger than normal, and then watched Rain. Then it clicked.
"Rain...I think there may only be one bed," she said to him.

 

Rain looked at any of the walled off parts of the room. "It appears so", he said. Realising that the inn keeper thought they where together he came up with an idea, "In order to avoid awkward confrontation I'll simply sleep on the floor".

 

John flew Vento lower and landed next to Sora. "Here you go, you two," said John. "Some fish, fresh from the Water Region." He tossed about 10 fish of assorted species between the two dragons. "Eat up. We've got a long journey tomorrow." John turned and walked into the house.

Vento licked his lips with and dove right into the fish.
