Age of Dragons

"C'mon, what is it?" asked John, slyly. "You can tell me."

Vento growled, "Hurry it up! I need to eat!"

 

Mya giggled. I pray you don't turn into a girl. If you do, we may have to spend tomorrow buying dresses for you. Mya walked towards her bed.

 

Chi turned beet red."Oh no! I'll just take it another time....hey I think my legs are okay...I can feel them and they fell asleep...oh the dragons! Um John could you get off of me? After all I should make supper for you putting through all this trouble and such..." chi said nervously

sora rolled his eyes."Relax Vanto, she must feel guilty or something." said sora.

 

Rain nodded and waited for Kaden to lead the way to the next location. He heard that the room would take some time and that Kaden trusted them with her armour she would know these people are either trustworthy or more afraid of what she had said. People feared the loss of money more than their lives in these times.

 

Mark laughed, "don't you remember, I was going to turn into you, I would just wear your clothes,"he said, then looked somber, "thanks for remembering about the light dragon blood," he said.

 

She shrugged. It's no problem. It's just better for both of us. She sat on her bed and started to fiddle around with a box.

 

Mark walked over to her, and looked at he white box, "what's this?" he asked her.
Outside Hwaje rolled over in his sleep, then he began to snore.

 

Kaden led Rain out of the inn, then looked around to get her bearings. She picked out the bar, and headed towards it. Before they entered, she heard a familiar voice, and readied one hand to get her weapons from her belt if need be. "There is potential trouble on the other side of this door...we may run into a fight tonight," she said quietly to Rain.

 

This? This is a puzzle box my sister gave to me on my 14th birthday. I still haven't solved it yet.

 

"Oh, right," chuckled John, climbing off of Chi. "And you don't have to cook. I'll do it. Just tell me if you want anything, and I'll get it."

 

Rain remained silent as he followed her into the bar (OOC: though if we're in ye old times it's a pub or the inn would have a bar like thing which is still a pub *shot*). He looked around the room through the slit of his helmet, he noticed a few of them where thugs or at least looked the part. His hand was at his side, yet ready to leap up for his blade.

 

Chi nodded."Thanks." she said smiling."You sure? I would feel bad all that you've done and I've done nothing to thank you like you've done after all you did save me and bring me into your home." she said rambling.

 

Mark looked at it, "hmm... I used to find that type of thing when I was living on the streets, they are rather popular in the fire nation," he said, "so could I try it to remind me of my home?"

 

Sure. Here you go. She gives him the box.

 

"It's no biggie," said John, walking towards the stairs. He turned back to Chi. "That kiss was reward enough," he said, winking. He turned back and started walking downstairs, then out of the house. He kept going and stood in front of Vento and Sora. "Nice going, you two," he said.

"I try my best," said Vento, smirking.

 

OOC: I know, but I wasn't sure if it was ye olde times Europe or more of a "general" world. But here pubs = bars anyway. xD

IC:

Kaden saw the direction that Rain was looking. Closing her eyes, she said to him quietly, "Those are the ones that may give us trouble...I have run into them in the past, do not let your guard down."
She then walked to the counter and sat at one of the stools in a position so she could see the men. She hoped that they did not recognize her, or a fight would almost certainly break out.
Kaden looked up at Rain. "What would you like? I'll buy," she said.

 

Rain looked at the bar, seeing the drinks they had to offer. "Sure, I'll have a pint of whatever they sell here", he replied.
Rain kept his head down, looking at the table. This way his eyes wouldn't wander and attract someone who fights from eye contact.

 

Chi walked down stairs slowly and looked around."What should I do?"

sora nodded."No problem lover boy."

 

Mark smiled, and without looking away from Mya began to spin the box rapidly through his hands, and his eyes slowly closed, as his hands began to try every possible combination.

 

Mya raised her eyebrows. I'm surprised. I never knew you had a passion for these type of things.
