Mark sighed, "if it is, and I hope it isn't, it would be the Mutatio toxin, which is rare due to the fact that it doesn't kill, but it has other, rather nasty, side effects," he said.

 

Well, I haven't felt anything strange or weird so far. She blinked and looked around. My vision seems fine.

 

Mark shook his head, "the effects don't start to show until after the victom falls asleep, and then it isn't anything that you would expect," he said.

 

So I shouldn't go to sleep then? Sounds kinda tough.

 

Mark shook his head, "the toxin only does two things, the first is that it changes colors under a dragon's fire, and the second is that if you have it in your bloodstream when you sleep, you will transform," he said.

 

Mya looked shocked. Transform?! Transform into what to be exact?

 

Mark looked at her, "your transformation won't be very noticable, it will just have your body start producing a toxin that will turn anyone who breathes it into a physical copy of you, and the toxin that you produce will stop coming after about five hours," he said.

 

Mya breathed a sigh of relief. Oh good. I thought I'd turn into a monster or something. So it would clone people into me whoever inhales it?

 

Mark nodded, "yes, but unfourtunatly the toxin actualy would already be in production, that is, if you have been poisoned," he said, "why don't you have Shia to check to see if it is the poison or not?" he asked.

 

Alright. I'll check. Mya headed outside and talked to Shia. Shia, make some fire. Shia breathed out a light that made a fire and she checked her arm. She saw her arm change colors slightly. She sighed. I guess I have the toxin.

 

Sora nodded rolling his eyes at the Teenage boy. Typecial. Guess your owner is scared of her or something? thought Sora to Vento.

Chi nodded,but when the dragon flapped his wings, she grabbed onto John scared."Am I-I gonna fall?" she asked him as she hugged from behind scared.

 

"You underestimate the speed of a trained lightning dragon", Rain stated, "Although, that is usually how they prey". In a sense, Rain was a walking lightning dragon encyclopaedia. He had a lot of knowledge about the creatures that seemed strangely detailed, the mention of how a lightning dragon would prey was different from text books. In the books it usually states that they use speed to confuse the prey and pounce upon from the ground or sky, working better in groups. But what Rain insinuated was that a lightning dragon could use underestimation to hunt. He was a strange man, the usually silent man was silent for a reason it would seem.

 

"Don't worry," said John. He hugged Chi back. "I got you." His heart was beating at full speed now.

Vento kept flying towards John's house, shaking his head. Dude, just SAY IT! thought Vento so only Sora could hear.

 

Mark sighed, "well, that's not good for me then," he said, "by now I'll have been infected by you."

Hwaje walked over and looked at Mark, it'll only be for a few days, don't worry, he privatly said to Mark.

 

She sighed. That's not good. So what will you do then?Wait till it wears off?

 

Chi smiled."thank you John." she said hugging him tight.

Sora nodded."Hey John do you like chi? It's really obivious." sora said bored.

BIC: Kristie was fiddling with her weapons when her friend, Harv came in. Hey Kristie, are you planning to join the tournament? Kristie sighed. Why? I always win. It's really not much fun anymore. Harv stood silent. Kristie looked at him. Unless you mean... Harv nodded. You're right. The girl with the light dragon will make an appearance in the tournament. Kristie stood silent for a moment. Hmm. She seems like an expert. She looked at Harv. Sign me up.

 

"Truth to be told, I have never seen a lightning dragon before yours. I lived a rather...secluded life," Kaden said, remembering what her life used to be. She was silent now, and spoke only to direct Ravage in the right direction.

 

John laughed a bit in his head and thought to Sora and Vento,That obvious, huh? Vento replied, Big time. They landed over by John's house. "We're here," said John. He hopped off and held out his hand to Chi. "Come on. I'll show you where you'll be sleeping."

 

Chi nodded taking his hand stumbling into him. She wrapped her arms around him."Ow." she said softly."Ok but what's so obivious? I heard sora say something about it but that's all I heard..." chi said trailing off.

Sora shook his head.Chi must've finally heard me, guess she does pay attention even when she should worry about herself. And vento is right johnnny, sora thought quietly to the two.
