After playing Dead Space...

I am such a wuss when it comes to scary stuff. Parasite Eve terrified me and it is not that scary.

It's good game for the price of £9.
It was the running out of ammo bit that was scary for me, having only small ammo and 5 necromorphs running at you. That makes my heart race. I jumped a few times when it's silent in space areas, I turn round and a baby necromorphs comes at me.

But not that scary. Good use of audio. Need to try the second one.

 

Dead Space is a great game to me, but it's not scary. It's just surprising. It's like when a raccoon jumps into your bedroom from your window. Sure it'll surprise you (A lot >_>) but that doesn't mean the raccoon is scary.
Dead Space is like that. It's just cheap scares. I still really like the games though.

No game will ever top Amnesia though when it comes to fear factor. That game changed me. ;-;
