Add on and such.

So I had a virus, and I got it fixed. The trojan variety. I thought everything was sunshine and rainbows, but now I realized that none of the beautiful add ons here work. For instance, I try to click on the I sign above any quick reply or reply, and it doesn't register I've clicked on it. Every internet page has a "Done" with an error sign on it. I have to manually type if I want to enter a color into my text, a different size change, or such.

I wouldn't mind or ask for help, but it's affecting my being able to answer messages and post regularly. Halp?

 

Don't worry about the error sign, it's not important or harmful.

To be able to do those when you reply, you could try enabling javascript in ie.


To enable JavaScript in IE 7:

1.From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options... .


2.Click the Security tab.


3.Click Custom Level... .


4.Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Enable.


5.Close and restart your browser.

To enable Javascript in IE 6:

1.From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options... .


2.Click the Security tab.


3.Click Custom Level... .

4.Scroll to the "Active scripting" section of the list (under "Scripting"). Click Enable.


5.Close and restart your browser.

I assumed you're using internet explorer and not another browser. If you're using another browser, let me know.

You could try highlighting the text you want before clicking on the buttons to insert the BBCode.
