The violent ones I usually just call over my managers (they're all pretty burly dudes, one is a bodybuilder, so they don't really get messed with). The drunk ones are pretty harmless.
I don't really care if people wear the same thing everyday (I tend to wear variations of jeans / tank top / flannel, sometimes I exchange the flannel for a cardigan, or the tank for a tee shirt), but it's more bothersome when it's clear they haven't washed the clothes in that time.

It's really cheap to go to our theater. I'm not convinced we get any more weirdos than any of the other surrounding places... although our regulars are kind of strange. But most of them are really harmless and I don't mind them too much. Keeps things from getting too boring.

    Howdy.

OP: Is this really that bad a conversation? I mean, yeah he's questioning you, but he's probably lost in joy. Tickets are usually A LOT more expensive. Plus, he didn't question if you know or job or anything!

Point is, it's not the strangest conversation or dumbest customer I've seen all day.... We just opened.

Basically this. He probably expected the movie to be alot more expensive and he obviously was surprised by this, then questioned it.

It's actually a sign he's a person who doesn't trust easily and/or is very cynical.
