Action Replay DS Code Manager Help

I got it downloaded and all, the USB connected, but for some reason, the program doesn't detect my DS being connected via USB. The application just says "Waiting for DS" without ever detecting the DS and AR. Is there any way to fix this?

 

make sure the correct driver software is installed (Google it)
tell me what OS(like xp vista 7 etc) and tell me what kinda of action replay ds it is
the new or the old
and i will supply A download for you
