About this "Attack on Titan" show...

Is it really all that? A bunch of people have recommended it to me, but those same people have given me terrible recommendations in the past., so I'm wary to actually watch it. Most of you guys have good taste, though, so I'll consider watching if I can get a recommendation for it here.

Absolutely no desire to watch it on my end. Just doesn't look like anything I'd be interested in from what I've seen/read about it.

 

I love it quite a bit

also has the best soundtrack in an anime I've ever heard (sorry DBZ Funi dub music, you're beat)​

 

Why not just give it a chance and if you don't like it, drop it?
It's been a fun show to watch so far, for me. Don't go into it expecting gold.

It's average. Plot is interesting. Characters are bland. Story is slow. Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club is better.

 

To me, it feels very much like Sword Art Online, but with better characters and a better story. A lot of it id dumb, but it is enjoyably dumb

 

What is great about that show, is that it doesn't insult the viewers inteligence, also most characters are great if not genius they have some good sense so they won't screw up for minor things..
I read the manga first, and I have to say seeing the anime right now just feels right! The drawing of the manga is too bad, so it is easy to mix all the "background characters" at the anime we have a close relationship with the character previous to their death so we care.

You should keep this close to you heart for a good number of things in your life, anime or not. Also, there is a manga if you feel the need to begin there instead.

 

Honestly though, please give it a try. Don't bother looking up anything about it or judging it from what anyone says.

You know it's good if Japan starts making memes about it.

A lot of people sayings its the best of all time or best of this year... No Forget that

Its is overrated to a slight degree for how they like to keep the action low talking and then high action, but then you gotta wait until the end of the episode to get more action. The first few episodes are a lot of action and some talking then it becomes talking a bit of action and more talking. Now there's more action in these current episodes

So it all depends on what you really want to watch it for to me. The characters kinda grew on me now in these later episodes I don't want to see anyone them die its just there mystery on some of them makes me wonder more about them kinda.

I would suggest watching it if you get some feels... That's understandable
