Kingdom Hearts II About Aerith/Aeris

    A while back, I saw somewhere a debate on the Aerith/Aeris name-thing. Somebody said that the name should be spelled Aerith, but pronounced Aeris (I'm not commenting on that now). This made me think of something: Do they actually say Aerith's name out loud in a cut-scene in either Kh1 or 2? Leon, Yuffie, Cloud and even Tifa are mentioned more than once, but after seeing all the Traverse Town and Hollow Bastion scenes multiple times, I can't remember Aerith being said at all...

    I think only 1 time in KH 1 by Leon and only 1 (or 2) times in KH 2 always by Leon and 1 by Cloud at Hollow Bastion

    Well, I remember in KH 2 Cloud told "Thank you Aerith" ( I think O_o) when they was at Hollow Bastion and u meet him for the first time, he was next to Donald's uncle.
    the others I don't remember srry.

    I checked that scene, Cloud didn't say her name there...

    I believe they say her name as Aerith. You can always check on youtube for the interview with Aerith's voice actor though. Its there along with Riku, Sora's Kairi's, Roxas' and Cloud's. There are more, but those were the only ones I checked.

    Like I said, I wasn't commenting on how the name was said, just wondering when it was said in the game... I've watched the scenes over and over again and haven't heard her name at all... Oh well! :stupid:

    It's pronounced Aerith...not Aeris like in Final Fantasy...I don't know if anyone ever said her name out loud though....

    I think I've only heard her name spoken once. And that was by Sora. Though I could be wrong about that. It's been a while since I played.

    I just read her name as Aerith.And I really don't recall her name being said in the game.And it's been a while since I've played the game too.

    I believe Yuffie calls her Aerith in KH1 during the scene where Squall is with Sora in the hotel in Traverse Town.
