A World At War

Kalei remained in the commotion with Shen "Find her Zander", she continued to blast heartless and block from the dragons reckless attacks "Great...what a time to have Ice as your power"


Serafina stuck close to the corner of the room as demanded from Xalibur "I'm sorry Zander" she whispered, thinking about the consquences of her actions if she were to make any sudden movements to escape. Serafina had no choice but to sit and wait for the hooded figure to return

 

Shen took out a huge sword an jumped up high and stabbed the dragon in its neck

 

Kalei also slashed at the dragons next but to no avail, the beast remained standing "No wonder the dark side was easier to fight with...."


Serafina's eyes were emotionless, all she could do was sit and wait

 

The dragon only felt a small sting from Shen's attack. It immediately grabbed Shen and threw him against the wall, but made sure the hit would barely hurt and not kill Shen because that was what Xalibur had ordered.
Meanwhile, Xalibur finally stopped running and turned around.
"You won't take her away." he said with his usual evil grin. "As long as you and your friends leave, Serafina shall be safe. Then, once the prophecy is fulfilled, you may have her back."

 

Kalei watched as Shen was slung effortlessly away by the dragon "Shen....damn this beast" hissed Kalei, charging back towards the Dragon, she held both her blades firm and attempted to aim for the dragons head


The room grew colder and colder as the air grew quicker. Serafina gently rubbed her arms to keep herself warm

 

Shen had landed easily and shot a powerfull beam at the dragon

 

The dragon immediately easily blocked the beam with only a claw. It blew more fire at the cieling and again fireballs came pouring down everywhere.

 

Shen shot a couple of energy blasts at the fireballs destroying them "is that all you got?" Shen asked

 

Kalei used her speed to dodge the fire. Being an Ice element she was highly vulnrable to the dragon's power "Shen..we need to end this and catch up to Zander"

 

"you go on ahead. I will have fun with this dragon" Shen said with a smile

 

The dragon made an odd looking smile and lifted Shen up to it's face. It then began squeezing Shen very tightly. Shen didn't realize it, but the dragon was draining his energy and putting it inside himself. There was no use in Shen trying to escape, it was impossible. The only way for Shen to escape was for Kalei to save him.

OoC: By the way, can you take a break from the beams? Try coming up with a different fighting power. >.>

 

"You think i'll leave you behind" laughed Kalei, leeping up to the dragon "You'd die without me Shen!"

 

OOC: isn't it kind of god modding to say that there is no way for him to get out by himself

 

ooc - not really...some times a 'hero' cannot do everything by himself

 

OoC: Idk. I'm just trying to get Kalei a little more involved. =/
By the way, you're sometimes god modding a bit when you constantly make Shen invincible to any attack that comes to him. I mean, everyone's character has to get hurt once in a while. Xaneroy got burnt and Xalibur will probably be hurt too soon. Sorry if I sound annoying or something, but that's just my opinion.

 

OOC: yea but Shen could have at least countered or tried to get away or something. I mean sure he can't do everything but he can't just get captured so easily

The dragon made a loud roar and tried to smash Kalei with one hand while the other hand was still absorbing energy from Shen.

 

Shen simply smiled and just then a clone appeared above him and ran straight towards the dragons eyes and tried to stab it
