A World At War

Shen knocked away the heartless and continued on "Im getting close. I can tell" Shen thought to himself

 

"Well..." Xalibur said. "What you just said worried me. Perhaps I should make it more difficult for them to enter this room. Thank you for that."
He raised a single hand and snapped his fingers. Immediately, hundreds of more heartless appeared around Zander, Zentus, Shen, and Kalei.
"After all," he said. "They probably won't find you. You're hundreds of stories down from where they are. Even if they tried, they'd probably be unconscious by the time they arrived."

 

"You're words don't scare me...theres nothing you can do to scare me" Serafina hissed, trying her best to hide the fear in her heart "Why am I of any importance to a lowlife like you"


Kalei gritted her teeth "Dammit, even more! This is ridiculous" she slashed her way through a group of heartless "We'll never get anywhere at this rate"

 

Shen charged up a huge beam and blew away a large amount of heartless with a huge light beam

 

Serafina could not see because of the hood, but Xalibur made an evil grin.
"Because without you..." he said. "The prophecy cannot be fulfilled."

 

Serafina gulped and tried to get to her feet "I wont be apart of anything" she held the hilt of her sword tight but did not draw it "I'm going home with Zander"

 

Xalibur quickly got up.
"Make one more step..." he said, remembering the death spell. "And your precious Zander dies."
He got out what appeared to be a crystal ball and held it up to Serafina's face. It showed Zander fighting off many heartless.
"I can kill him in seconds."

 

Serafina lowered her head, she'd grown to really care for Zander and would never forgive herself if something was to happen "Fine..I'll come with you" she whispered, gazing into the crystal ball.


"I guess the darkness can be used for good" laughed Kalei, blasting dark ice at the heartless

 

Xalibur put away the crystal ball.
"You're not going anywhere yet." he said. "For now, you are simply bait. Nothing more. Nothing less. You shall stay hidden in here and not make a sound or move a muscle. If you dare cross me, you and your friends die. Then once this whole charade is over, there will be other plans."
He began walking away.

 

Serafina ran behind the hooded male and grabbed his arm "Don't hurt them", she gazed up still curious to who this figure was

 

"Of course I'm going to hurt them." Xalibur said. "You're just lucky that I won't kill them."
He shook her hand off his arm and dissolved through one of the walls. The reason he had to dissolve through them was because the room had no doors or openings.
"Let's see how powerful these kids really are..."

 

Serafina slumped down onto her knees, her fists clenched tightly "Zander...hurry", she was alone once again...with no clue to what was going to happen


Kalei continued to slash away at heartless "Its odd being their enemy"

 

Shen killed some "your right" Shen said

 

Xalibur summoned a black portal and walked through it. He appeared again in a balcony above all of the commotion with heartless, wearing his night vision goggles.
"Time to see what you're really made of..." he whispered with a grin.
From his pocket, Xalibur took out a small pile of green powder. He clenched the powder in his fist and threw it as close to the group as he could. Suddenly, green smoke arose everywhere, leaving it impossible to see anything. After a while the smoke went away, and there was now a huge black dragon standing where the powder had landed. The dragon roared and shot out a huge blast of fire.
"Isn't this fun?" he shouted at the group, chuckling at the new disaster he had just made.

 

Shen just stared at the dragon unafraid and jumped away

 

OoC: Lol. Dude, I think you're underestimating the size of a dragon.

The dragon blew a blast of fire at the ceiling. Immediately, fireballs came falling down like rain in the middle of a storm. Xalibur continued grinning and shot random spells in every direction. Heartless still swarmed the room, swords and bullets still flew through the air, and Serafina was still nowhere to be found. Everything was absolute chaos to everyone except Xalibur who thought of it all as a big game.
"Let's play..." Xalibur said with a laugh as he took out a large gun, pointing it perfectly at one specific member of the group.

 

Xalibur was now loosing his mind in the excitement.
"What about your princess?" he said laughing as he ran off. "Do you really want to waste time with me when you could be rescuing your sweetheart?"
