Birth by Sleep A theory of the new level up system.

In the interviews, it has been said that there is a new system for in game play (although it stays true to the original kingdom hearts game and it succesor.) and a new system for leveling up. It has been said that this system could, in it self, be its own game. A more recent interview provides that the interviewer asked for a hint about this new system, the answer was : "Yasushi Kurosaw : …..The level up is like growing." Based on seeing current screens of terra, and his look in " Birth by Sleep" (Note: The KHII final mix video, not the game.) , I belive it is possible that the leveling system changes the charachters outward age and look. Terra looks much more matured in the final mix video, and it was stated that the video was something that took place at the end of the Birth by Sleep game. There are three possible out comes to my understanding:


1. From begining to end, this game takes place over the majority of the course of the ten years before the original game.

2. This could be what the result of leveling Terra up by certain aspects.


3. This is entirely coincidental and the designers decided to develop a differant outlook for Terra.

Keep in mind that this theory may be completly false. Please comment.

I actually never thought of those things. It's true that Terra looks much more different in the Secret Ending.
So I'm gonna go with your 2nd suggestion. It would be pretty interesting.

I doubt your first one though. All this happening in one year would be incredibly lame IMO.

 

Hopefully, the next interview can make this easier to speculate with better results.

but CGI could make ppl seem older...XDD

 

Hmm...Yeah.It kinda makes sense.But i don't think that the character changes.Maybe the aura of the keyblade.Watch the 2 screenshots and you'll see that terra's power is much more different.
