A Scattered Dream

"SORA, RIKU!" Kairi yelled out. She tried to wiggle her way out but failed.

"KAIRI! I'm not giving up Xion." Riku portaled behind Demyx and hit him in the back.

occ: Was that god-thingy?

 

Axel looked at Riku and laughed in a heavy sinister tone. "Now we got Kairi so do what he says and let go of her. I wouldn't believe that you would sacrifice your closet friend to someone you hardly know. What kind of friend are you?" He asked Riku as he then thought that perhaps there was something going on that he didn't know about. He clapped his hands for Demyx as he was deeply proud of him. Now the flurry could fight without interference, but he still had Sora to worry about.

 

"Sora. I want you to stay back. I'll handle this." Riku brought up his keyblade adn pointed it at Axel. "I'm going to kill, and your going to stay dead this time. No doubts about it."

 

(OOC: No it wasn't. But if you said caused him to fall then it would of been. I'm just letting you know the comparsion. By the way Demyx does have these attacks, and can summon any temperature of water without the use of his sitar. How would you explain the geysers then in the game and novel and manga? The water temperature would have to be beyond the boiling point for that kind of erruption to happen. I'm also going to eat dinner and I'll be back.)

Demyx cringed from the impact, but still held on to Kairi, this time digging the blade into her throat as he gazed at his blade dripping with a bit of blood. The sudden whack from Riku caused him to accidently stab her slightly since the blade was already on her neck from earlier. Now Kairi was bleeding because of Riku's foolish mistake. Demyx knew if Riku cared about Kairi like Sora did he would have no choice, but to surrender Xion or face the dire consequences. "Cause any more harm to me or Axel and she dies," he aimed his blade at one of her arteries in her neck. "If you wish to save her surrender Xion now and just to be sure..." His element rose from the ground and burst ascending into a wall of scalding boiling water like that of an geyser. "If you don't make your decision now I'm afraid Kairi won't be here much longer. You see the steam will either be to much for her or I could always toss her in and you know what would happen then right? Yeah one maimed girl."

 

Kairi's body went numb. She culdn't feel anything. "Riku...don't worry about me." She put all your weight on Demyx. 'I can't pass out yet.'

"Arg!" Riku thouight this over. 'If I give up xion then she'll have to go back to the Organztion. But if I don't giver her back Kairi will die. ARG! Thsi is why I stopped putting myslef in things like this!'

 

Axel chuckled again, "Oh am I so scared." He replied in a sarcastic tone as he kept his flames blaring even more than ever. His tone changed with seriousness with his next words. "Go ahead and try it. I am not afraid of a wanna be member who let the darkness in his heart to begin with just because he was too weak to overcome it in the first place by a certain manipulator." He flipped into the air directly coming at Riku's throat chakrams spinning rapidly towards him.

Riku dodged roll to the left. "HA! You missed, hothead!" He glaced at Demyx and Kairi to make sure she was still alone. He crinced at the blood that flowed from the sitar. 'Stupid nobody.'

 

Sora thought to himself. "I can't just sit and watch. I gotta help!" Sora summond his keyblade.

 

"Sora no. Stay out of this." Riku shouted.

 

"Then what am I supposed to do? Just watch you and Kairi get hurt?"

B]"Man, your slow,"[/B] he pointed to the sparks of black rock below since he had used his fire he had created the ground to look like magma and he knew there were hot spots where Riku was standing. "Think again. Though very impressive manever most of my victims die at the first chance." He was standing right in it since he was immune. He was extremely proud that Demyx was following through with taking a hostage. "Now lets continue this." He flew into the air and brought forth an air attack his chakrams slashing at Riku.

 

Riku screamed out as the chakrams made contact with his skin. "You b*stard!" Riku tried to stand up straight but the pain was to much. He collasped.

"Riku!" Kairi called out weakly. She starined her body to move. The girl put Demyx's finger in her mouth and bit down hard.

 

Axel strolled up to Riku smirking devishly as he picked him up by the collar and tossed him down onto the ground. He kicked him in the ribs a few times to hear him scream. "This is your fault. It wouldn't have happened if you weren't so stubborn. Now hand over Xion or you may die here." His gaze met Sora. "Well are you ready to cooperate now?" His expression deeply serious as he was sick of playing anymore games.

 

Some blood made it's way out of Riku's mouth. "N-no." Hi ribs hurt, and it pained him to breath. "But I-I'm not going to die." He got up and stubbled around for a bit. "I said I'm going to kill you. Even if it kills me."

 

"Riku!" Sora ran to Riku's side. "You ok man?"

 

Riku gribbed Sora shoulder tightly. "I don't know."

 

Sora helped Riku up. "We need to get Kairi and go. We can't stay here."

 

Axel growled under his breath, but he waited to see what was going to happen next. He wasn't one of those villains to attack when the others back was turned unless it was completely necessary. He glared at the two boys as he eyed Xion which was his next target. "Last Chance. Surrender her." He threw his hands in the air causing the fire to sprew up in the sky."Or burn to death,".

 

"But we can't leave Xion. Riku coughed out. His feet wanted to rest but he had to keep going. He turned to Axel. "I'm not giving up Xion."

 

"Then what's the plan Riku?" Sora looked at Axel and wondered what connected his friends and the organization together and how.
