A Scattered Dream

Axel seem to pause for a moment as he starred at Sora. He was going to use his friendship with Roxas to black mail him. "Roxas, wouldn't want Xion to get hurt, but you on the other hand I don't think he would care what happens to you." The flurry was hesitating from attacking him still.

 

Sora looked down. "Then why would Roxas have left the Organization just to find me? Why would he fight you and nobodies just to see me?" There was a long pause. "Look, Axel, please just tell me where Xemnas is and I'll leave and let Xion go with you."

 

Xion looked from one to the other. "Why can't you both just get along?" she whispered, her eyes big in her face. Her hands clenched and unclenched nervously, her breath coming faster. Times like these she wished she had a heart.

 

Once again the flurry was hesistate to answer the question. He wasn't in denial, but he couldn't forget the dastardly deed that Riku and Diz had done to create an fake world for Roxas. "Roxas, didn't know who he was at the time plus he was still confused. Having your memories erased does something to the mind. As for Xenmas why do you want to know where he is?" He sighed as he then looked at Xion. "I am not going to get along with someone who wants to keep me away from you." He said angerily.

 

Demyx stood in the background observing the whole conversation take place between the others. Keeping his eyes on Sora, he didn't trust the guy as far as he could throw him. Seeing Xion, she appeared distraught and didn't seem like there was any hope for any of them.

 

Xion closed her eyes, then opened them, stepping in front of Sora. "Then you'll have to hurt me first." She said finally, her eyes sad, but determined. "I'm some part of Sora. So maybe I shouldn't exist. Maybe I should. Maybe I won't."

 

"Xion don't do this. Fighting is not going to solve anything," Demyx protested standing in front of her and Axel. "Come on we are all friends. Can't we just let this matter go?"

 

Sora was frozen by what Xion said. "Xion." Sora stood next to her. "I won't let you get hurt. I promise."

 

Demyx growled underneath his breath at the sight of seeing Sora. "You stay out of this if you know what is good for you kid," he extended his right pointer finger directly at the spiky haired brunette keyblade master.

 

Axel glared daggers at Sora as he pushed Xion and Sora away from each other. He stood in front as if blocking them."I am not going to risk your lies, to be near her. You want her so badly then you will go through me." He noticed that Demyx was theatening Sora as well and that didn't bother him at all.

 

Xion made a noise of protest. She wasn't just a doll, or a possession. She had some remenent of memories, even if they weren't real. She watched Sora from under Axel's arms, thinking quickly.

 

Sora glared at Axel and Demyx. He then stoood ready for battle. "Bring it. Oh... and Axel. Roxas left the Organization and he's off inother worlds. He isn't one of you and I won't let you hurt him, Xion, or any of my other friends."

 

Demyx snapped his fingers, lower nobodies appearing such as dusks and his dancers. "Hmm let's see if you can handle Axel, them and myself without that lame duck or dog to help your ass," water was beginning to rise up and fan out in one beautiful display. "It's your funeral kid."

 

Sora snarled. He leaped in the air and slammed down on the lesser nobodies. He cut through them till he face Demyx. He stared at Demyx. "Here we go."

 

Xion hesitated, her hands clenching and unclenching. She had no idea what to do, or how to go about it. Whose side was she supposed to be on? Was she even on a side? Why couldn't they just be friends? Closing her eyes, she gritted her teeth, mentally cursing the stupidity of males.

 

Demyx was glaring at the young kid now for he wasn't in the mood to mess around. "If this is the way it has to be then so be it," his sitar was formed through the water that formed and burst. "Dance water dance!" He strummed his instrument making several of the water clones appear, surrounding Sora completly and ready to do him in.

 

Sora hit the water clones then used their own power against each other. "Come on. That's all you got?" Sora charged Demyx.

 

Demyx was now seeing this as a game and was ready to give the brat more than he bargained for. Spotting the keyblade he made note to dodge out of the way only to use his sitar to whack the guy upside of the back of the head. "Hmm like it?" He bragged following his onslaught with his tremendous pressure of water spewing at the hero.

 

Sora used reflect and block to hold of the water. He flipped over Demyx and slamed the keyblade into him from the back.

 

Demyx twirled back around after yelping and caught his footing keeping his eye on the brunette. Gripping his fist on the sitar once more, he charged at Sora and swung the sitar repeatly hitting Sora in numerous areas while the water struck in different areas, a look of mischievious amusement on his face.
