A Scattered Dream

She cringed, then rubbed her head. "Sorry....." she murmured, bending down and picking up the kunai. "Strange how she rarely uses her lightning..." she murmured, thinking. "Do you understand her ability at all?"

 

Axel took his eyes away from the builidng which Larxene had purposely flown back on and addressed Demyx and Xion. "She has always used her kunai. Her lightning is something she rarely uses because she know that with the elements brought upon her it would kill her and us," He admitted.

 

Demyx kept his back to the both of them, still hurt by what Larxene did and upset with how Xion had acted before. Sighing he stretched his arms out and did his best to stay calm.

 

Xion sat down, tearing off some of her sleeve to make a bandage. "So she didn't want to kill you....but why? If she wants me or you so bad, why not just have it done with?" Her blue eyes considered the ground as she worked.

 

Axel shrugged as he was eying his cloak perhaps to see if there were in fact some holes in it or not. No it looked like he got by without a scratch from his cloak, but his arm had cuts on it. He cringed from the pain and held it there as he walked towards Xion and Demyx. "She is holding back for some reason and I am not sure what it is," was the reply as he looked at Demyx and patted him on the shoulder. "Are you okay?"

 

Placing his right hand over his face he shook his head. "No. I was to slow to avoid getting hurt by her and Xion wants to die for some stupid reason. How do you think I feel?" He bit his lower lip while his hands were shaky.

 

She rubbed her face, then went to the edge. And people wondered why she wanted to just disappear. It was so easy, yet they wouldn't accept it. Narrowing her eyes, she gently slid off the building, holding on with her uninjured arm as she reached for the sparkly object just below her.

 

Axel noticed Xion was leaning to close towards the building and he pulled her away from it. "Don't try to kill yourself." He eyed her as he brought her back towards Demyx was and he wasn't going to let any of them out of his sight.

 

She struggled slightly, looking back behind Axel. "But...there's a sparkly!" she said, almost laughing at her own words. "I just wanted to get it and see what it was. I wasn't going to try and kill myself falling off a building!"

 

Xemnas stood in his chambers. "If we take Sora, Riku, Kairi, and the king out... I'll need to rely on Roxas and Xion. Also the other three. Terra, Ven, and Aqua. They could be persuaded."

 

Demyx crossed his arms in a pouting fashion. "Hmph. If you believe that you're mistaken. She was trying to hurt herself again like she always does and doesn't care how others feel that she is hurting them too!" His words were harsh and he felt like he was going to burst out in tears.

 

Axel shook his head as he place her back towards Demyx. "We will let Larxene do what she is going to do. Forget about her Demyx she is not worth it." He narrowed his eyes slightly as he didn't want the noturne to start to cry. "Now, we are going to go fight Sora and Xion you can watch okay," He waited for them to go into the open void for he did not trust them right now.

 

Xion looked up at him, her eyes wide. "If he dies.....do I disappear?" she asked, almost not wanting to hear the answer, but seemingly needing it. "You heard her. No one knows what will happen to me." she murmured, looking guiltily at Demyx.

 

Demyx felt shunned and looked away again. "I don't need anymore stress and my injuries are not fairing to well either," he sat down on the ground and leaned against the wall. "How could she? I didn't do anything to her."

 

Axel looked at Demyx and handed him a etherand elixar to drink as he observed Xion as well. "We should just stay away from Larxene all together. She is bad news and will do anything to cause trouble." He added. "No, you wouldn't disappear only Sora would." He said to Xion.

 

Xion rubbed her arms, then smiled a little. "I won't run away, I promised." She didn't know what else to say, and lasped into silence, staring at the ground.

 

"Thanks I guess," he took the bottle and drank the contents from within it before placing it down on the ground. "Still... she had no right to show up like that and..." he stopped complaining at the sight he saw before him. "Xion I... I was just scared is all. I didn't mean to take my anger out on you, not that I'm supposed to have any right?" He hinted with a small grin.

 

She looked up, then smiled a little back. "Just because you're not supposed to doesn't mean you don't." she murmured, gently touching his knee, then pulling her hand back. "You might have feelings because you remember, and they are a remnant, or you might actually have them."

 

Sora sat at the Dark Depths. "I wonder what ever happend to Xion. I miss her. What did the Organization want with her? And How come she could weild a keyblade?"

 

Axel noticed his two friends seem to be curious about feelings and such and they weren't for to be experiecning such things. The truth is he felt the same way as well. "Of course we have feelings or else we wouldn't have memories." He tried to express. "We have to go destroy that nusiance either way now come on you two." He had the portal open and waited for them.
