A Scattered Dream

Xion closed her eyes, whimpering at the change in temperature. She ignored the pain in her wrist, because she didn't want to seem like a sissy. There was nothing else she could do. She hurt too much. That medication was so....weird. It made her head spin.

Larxene twirled, her hair whipping around her head. She felt the chakram pass that close to her head, felt the air as it went past, and then grinned, facing Axel again. "You want something from me?"

 

Axel paused for a slight second at her comment, but then thrusted forward and whipped his weapons at the lightning one's head. When he landed on his feet again, he nodded in agreement. "Yes, why don't you tell me why you are trying to get rid of Xion?" he asked giving her his full focus, but his guard was up.

 

She casually leaned against the table, her eyes bright. "My my. You care so much for someone who could go insane in an instant. Let me ask you something. If she was going insane, if she lost who she was, would you kill her? Put her out of her misery?"

 

Axel was shocked by the words coming out of Larxene's mouth, but he growled in his throat. He would want to help, but if there was no hope then regrettedly he would kill. "What are you getting at? What did you do?" He narrowed his eyes.

 

She smiled. "Well that didn't answer my question. I'll tell you, if you tell me." Her eyes were bright with curiousity, along with something else.

 

Xemnas appeared dramatically where Larxene and Axel were. "That's quite enough!"

 

Larxene cringed, then bowed. "Sorry Superior." she murmured, her head down. I couldn't help myself.

 

Xemnas nodded. "Larxene. Axel. What news do you have to report?"

 

the apprentice quickly ran away.
"c-coward..." Terra mumbled before passing out.

 

(OOC: It looks like Xion was captured by Larxene and was given a drug that was placed in her veins through a shot. Demyx took her Xion away through a portal he and placed the syringe in his pocket, and Axel is fighting Larxene. This was interuppted by Xemnas whom is waiting for a report.)

Demyx kept her close, but noticed she was faultering. She didn't look to good either. He placed his hand over her forehead to see if she had a fever or not? "What did she do to you?" He could Xion was in pain by looking into her eyes.

 

Xion smiled, trying to be brave. "Nothing too bad. She just injected me with something or other, and I broke my wrist escaping...I'll be okay.." she hugged him with her good arm. "Thanks for coming back to get me."

 

"Well that can't be good," he said with an concerned expression on his face. "Xion we need to take care of your wrist. I'll see if I can get an elixer and ether to heal it. Just follow me okay?"

 

She nodded, looking back for Axel. "I'm fine." she murmured. "It's nothing I can't handle. And we need to go, before Xemnas or Larxene comes. She has too many new ideas, and he let's her do them."

 

"Well we can't have that can we?" He tried to make her smile. He would take good care of her so Larxene wouldn't hurt her again.

 

Axel froze when he spotted Xenmas and was not unexpecting him to come all of sudden. Especially to break them out of a fight. "Destroyed some hearts in world called WonderLand," He replied he decided to not mention about why he was really fighting Larxene. If she wanted to say he would find a way to convince him otherwise. The flurry wondered if his assassins had found Roxas yet.

 

Larxene bowed. "I will go get the experiment, superior." she murmured, then ran out the door, lightning sparking around her.

Xion smiled slightly, then froze. "She's coming...Demyx...She's coming.." the fear took root in her feet, making it impossible to move.

 

Demyx picked her up and ran with her in his arms. "Then I will get you out of here Xion. She's not going to hurt you again. That I promise you." He began to run through out the castle looking for a place to hide.

 

Larxene followed them, laughing. "Where do you think you can take her, Demyx? She's going to die soon, you might as well let it be peaceful." She also needed to finish her experimentation, but she wouldn't add that.

Xion whimpered, hiding her face in Demyx'x chest. "She'll hurt you. She's so angry. Please, I can take her for a bit. You should get away, so she doesn't hurt you."

 

Axel shook his head not belieivng what he just heard. He pulled his attention away from Xemnas and then followed after Larxene. Upon catching up to her he knocked her down on her butt. "What experiment are you speaking about?" He held his weapons still out.

 

She somersaulted, then sprang back to her feet. "Why, the experimentation of death." She grinned. "That girl isn't a nobody, how long will it take you to figure it out?"
