A Scattered Dream

Larxene whirled, the syringe still clutched in her hand. "What the hell?" she snarled, whipping her arm out to the side, lighting crackling around her.

 

"Ah I see what you mean." Demyx nodded his head. "I hope this works Axel."

 

Axel nodded his head as another dusk entered the room as if starring at Larxene curiously. The first one jumped at her almost making her out balance.

 

Larxene set the syringe next to Xion, ignoring Xion. She frowned. "What the hell is going on?" she asked herself, shooting lightning at the one.

Xion whimpered, then looked up, her eyes bleary. Anything to stall more pain, she would take it. She moved her hands around their cuffs, trying to find something to pick the lock with.

 

As Larxene was hurting the dusk the other one snuck by and grabbed the syringe and disappeared with it. It replaced a similar one that had some other setiment in it that was not harmful.

 

Xion winced, then somehow got one of Larxene's hairpins into the lock, twisting it until she heard a soft click.

Larxene stopped, then turned. "Dare I hear you trying to break out?"she backhanded the girl, hate burning in her eyes. "Don't even try."

 

Demyx growled underneath his breath when he saw this and it took him everything he had not to barge in there and set her straight.

 

Axel narrowed his eyes not liking the outcome of this torture as well as he watched the dusk wrap its body around Larxene and then a few other of them as it was giving an distraction to cause a chance for Xion to escape.

 

Xion cringed, then pulled her arm free. The other would just not work, no matter what she did. She took a deep breath, hoping what she was about to do would not have serious repercussions, then twisted her arm the wrong way. There was a snap as her wrist broke, then she pulled it out, barely holding back tears.

Larxene shocked the dusk, then moved toward Xion, her eyes sparking. "I don't know what the hell you are doing, but tell them to stop, or I shoot you." She picked up the syringe, then chased the girl as she ran for the door.

 

"That does it. We can't wait any longer Axel," Demyx burst through the door and caught Xion in his arms. "Axel it's time for plan b."

 

Xion struggled, thinking it was another enemy. "Let me go!" she cried out, then stopped. "D-Demyx?"

 

Axel smirked as he barged in the room as well. "Yes, plan B for beating up the b*tch," He smiled as he summond his chakrams and whacked Larxene with them.

 

Larxene dodged, summoning her knives. She grinned maliciously. "I didn't know you cared, Axel." she mocked, then slashed at him.

Axel smirked in an amusement manner. He easily dodged her weapons and threw her onto her back. "Oh you are just so nice, arent you?" He replied with sarcasm.

BIC: Larxene laughed, flipping back onto her feet. "And I tried soo hard too." she remarked, rolling her eyes as she slashed at him again, her eyes sparking. "How long did it take you to notice?"

 

Axel chuckled darkly as he avoided the swipes of her weapon. She had speed, but so did he and he wasn't going to let her get away with what she tried to do to Xion. "I already knew the game, but I just expected check mate," he retorted jumping into the air and throwing his chakrams at her once more the fire eveloping into the room.

 

"Come on Xion. I'll protect you from her. Let Axel do his job." He picked her up and held her close in his arms to protect her from anyone harming her.

 

Larxene twisted, one chakram missing her completely while the other gave her a light scratch on the cheek. She grinned, landing, then stood up, her eyes flickering to Demyx for one moment. She would have to finish the job later. Again. Dammit. She turned back to Axel, then grinned. "Let's play, pretty boy."

Xion held onto him tihgtly with one arm, the other throbbing. "Don't let her touch him, Demyx. She has some weird kind of medication, it hurts..." the memory of it was too hard, she let it go. "She knows where I came from. She knows who I was." Her blue eyes were shut, making it impossible to read her face.

 

Demyx kept her behind him as he quickly made a dash, seized the syringe of contents inside of it and placed it in his pocket. "Come on let's get out of here," he seized her hand after summoning a portal and ran with her inside of it.

 

Axel watched Xion and Demyx get away as he grinned evily at Larxene as if almost in an playful manner. "I thought that you would never ask dragon fly," he smirked flirting with her rotating his body backwards as the chakrams grazed themselves on fire. It splatttered a line of it across the room as if trying to trap Larxene in it. He released one of his chakrams watching the spinning motion twirl in the savage nymh's path.
