A Scattered Dream

Xion yelped, getting pushed back into Demyx. "Nooo!" She tried to open up the portal, but was too weak. Tears ran down her face. "Roxas!"

Larxene threw Roxas against the wall, her face angry. "You had to muck it up, didn't you?!" she summoned her blades, slashing at Roxas.

 

Roxas barely had time to summon his keyblade. He quickly blocked, watching the sparks fly off his keyblade from Larxene's weapon. "You're going to regret it Larxene... I swear." His features were darkend, showing another side of Roxas; his fighting side.

 

Larxene laughed. "Me, regret? After you die, I'll get Xion back. Hades won't mind." She slashed at him again, then kicked at him.

 

Roxas retailed the slash, but didn't see the kick coming. He felt the wind get knocked out of him, slamming into the wall. He weezed, staggering back up to fight. He had to hold off Larxene for as long as possible.

 

Larxene came at him, grinning maniacly. She slashed at him, trying to find an opening. "You're gonna suffer." she whispered. "And not just physically." Taking a free moment she summoned a portal.

 

"Axel go after Roxas for he is in the Underworld. I'll stay here with Xion at the Land of Dragons in this restraunt," he summoned a void for the flurry of dancing flames to go into.

 

Roxas glared, blocking the slash again. He suddenly ducked, disappearing for a short moment. He reappeared behind Larxene, slashing his keyblade towards her.

 

Larxene ducked, and threw him over her head, then sighed. "I liked that strand of hair..." she slashed at him again. "What if we decide to kill one of your friends?"

Xion hugged Demyx tightly, tears falling down her face. "She has him, she has him." she repeated over and over.

 

Roxas blocked again, his arms shaking from trying to hold Larxene off. "I WON'T LET YOU!"

 

"With pleasure," Axel summoned his chakrams and ran into the void knowing Xion would be in good hands with Demyx. He entered the Underworld and saw Roxas fighting Larxene. "Roxas? Need a hand?" he lept on scene between both of them.

 

Larxene threw one knife at Roxas, then backed away, her knives clicking into place one by one. "Come to help the little boy?"

 

Roxas winced when the knife grazed his left shoulder. He started to get back up, not caring how hurt he felt. He looked up to see his closest friend. "Axel..."

 

Larxene smiled. "I bet, if I killed you, Axel might just fall to pieces. You think?" She dodged aroudn Axel, reaching for Roxas.

 

"Knock it off with your lame insults Larxene. What have you done this time?" he began to circle her ready for her attacks.

 

Larxene smiled, then dogded backwards, toward the portal. "Are you sure Demyx and Xion are quiet safe? You know what happens to water with lightning....." she grinned, circling back to Roxas. "How long do you think he will last?"

 

Roxas got the plan in motion. They couldn't let her near the portal... Or destroy the portal anyways. He stretched out his hand, watching the portal disenigrate. He hoped Axel would keep Larxene busy for a moment.

 

Larxene watched Axel. "What if I take all three of them from you? What will you be then?"

 

Demyx kept Xion close to him as he sensed someone coming near. Summoning his sitar he was ready for who would emerge through. "Xion stay right there and don't move." He brought his dancers forward and some dusks for extra protection.

 

"I will kill you right where you stand. What do you want with them. I know why you want Xion for, but what do you need Roxas and Demyx for?" He sliced her with his chakram as it was ablaze.

 

Xion shivered, then grabbed Demyx's hand. "Don't let go of me, okay?" she murmured, tighting her grip.

Larxene dogded, puting out the small fire on her cloak. "That's for me to know."
