A Scattered Dream

Axel slapped his hand as if annoyance that Demyx would find this out right now. "Fine, that is where our destination to next," he clutched Demyx by the ear and dragged him towards the forest. "Hey, you two need to stay close and not wander off. This place seem harmless, but I know that appearances are deceiving." He then halted as he noticed they were in a flower forest where in a flower forest. He really thought he was going to be sick from seeing all the strange faces on the flowers.

 

"Ow! Axel let go," he whined. "This really hurts Axel," he complained as he tried to kick him. "Will you let go of my ear already?" he said being clearly irratated. He could only wait for the fire wielder to release his grip and he looked at the flowers as well. "Yeah they have faces so let go already."

 

Xion turned, her eyes wide. "Lets go that way!" she pointed, and began walking slowly down a path into the darker part of the forest.

 

Axel sighed as he released Demyx's ear. "Next time tell me," he starred at him as he followed Xion, but made sure that Roxas was near by.

 

Demyx rubbed the sore region and clenched his fist. "He is going to pay for that," he grumbled following after Xion into the forest. "I want some food now. Oh I should of just had chinese food."

 

Xion wandered into the darker parts. She could barely see two feet in front of her, then she fell. She didn't have time to scream before she hit the cold water. "Stop walking!" she yelled up, treading water.

 

Roxas turned towards the scream. "Xion?!" He wasn't with her anymore, due to the fact that FH was lazy to post on here. He started running in that direction, trying to find her. "Xion?! Where are you?!"

OOC And I ish not avoiding you on IM... D8 Only here for a short bit.

BIC: Xion felt around, trying to find a way to climb up. "Roxas! I fell down into water! Don't..." then something hit her, making her fall unconscious. She was only aware of the water closing over her head.

Roxas looked around frantically. At least he could sorta see where he was at. He suddenly came on a hole, almost stumbling into it. He gasped and stepped back, looking over the edge... something just disappeared under the water. "Xion!" Not even really thinking about anything else, Roxas slid down the side of the hole, jumping into the water after Xion.

 

Axel spotted Roxas and quickly pulled him out of the hole, he then went in and retrieved Xion as well. He came out soaking wet. "You see I told you this place is deceiving, there are traps here," He mentioned eying the flower forest. "Becareful there might be poisonness plants here as well, times like I wish my had Marluxia with us," He sighed as he waited for the others.

 

Xion rubbed her head, slowly opening her eyes. "Ow." was all she said.

Larxene got up and walked to the portal, still holding the book. She ended up in Wonderland, smiling cynically. She walked up to the group, holding the book to her chest. "Long time no see."

 

Roxas was on the ground, sputtering a little. He was glad that Axel was there... He looked at Xion with concern. "Xion, are you okay?" Then he heard a voice that made him cringe slightly. He looked over his shoulder to see no other then Larxene.

 

Xion nodded slowly, getting up to face Larxene. "What do you want?"

Larxene smiled, holding out the book. "You thought it was over? I want my heart."

 

Roxas was confused and looked at Xion. What was Larxene talking about...? Roxas slowly stood on his feet, standing behind Xion while quietly watching.

 

Xion flinched, but stood her ground. "You can't have it. I don't want to die anymore."

Larxene smiled, a little more menacingly, and held the book tightly. "Too bad you didn't burn this when you had the chance. You won't be able to stop me." she smiled, taking a step closer to Xion.

 

Axel looked at Larxene with a double take of pain, in his eyes as he couldn't believe that she was still after Xion. "Larxene, isnt' there another way to settle this?" He asked making sure that both Roxas and Xion stayed close to him.

 

Larxene glared at Axel. "Why care? It doesn't concern you or Roxas. Although it could...."

Xion made a grab for the book, not looking away from Larxene. "Give it back!"

 

Axel lunged for the book and grabbed it. "What do you mean by that?" He asked Larxene. "Maybe I will burn this piece of trash that way you can never harm anyone that I care about, though it still makes no sense how she is the reason we can't have our hearts. Respect her wishes Xion doesn't want to die, okay." He was ready to fight if that was the case to save his friend.

 

Larxene held onto the book, smirking. "How do you know I didn't make a copy of what I need? Xion doesn't matter, she's not like us. She never will be, and she shouldn't even exist."

 

"How the hell does that even make sense? She is an organization member just like us and can even make portals now and travel through the corridors of darkness." In what way is she not like us?" He mentioned crossing his arms as he looked Larxene down.
