A Scattered Dream

"Is he going to live?" Riku said raising an ebrow.

 

Xion looked at Riku again, then closed her eyes. "If I can remember...." she murmured.

 

(OOC: There are three nobodies there and I thought that Riku was talking to Xion and not Axel. I didn't know that he came over as I thought that both Riku and Xion were speaking through the mind)

Axel heard Riku's screaming voice and he shook his head letting him know that he was no okay. Whether this guy was the enemy or not he didn't want to fight with him. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

 

"That's not going to be easy Axel, but I will do my best," he said to him. "In the meantime I'm going to find you an ether or elixer, the one that heals you okay? Is that all right if I leave to go get one of those for you?" he asked with worry in his eyes.

"I heard talking, and...well, you know, curiousity killed the cat." Riku shurged as if it was normal.

 

Xion hesitated, then slowly took her hand off Axel's shoulder. "I don't remember...." she said, keeping her eyes down. Maybe now she could do it....

 

Sora tried to follow behind Kairi. "Let her go! What do you nobdies really want from us?"

 

Kairi saw Sora chasing them through her tears. "Sora!" She choked out.

 

Larxene held onto Kairi, throwing a knife at Sora. "Does it matter?" she asked.

 

Axel nodded to Demyx as he tried to stretch. "Yeah that will be fine and if Riku tries anything then he will be dealt with as I do have servants he could tend to." He answered though he was weak. He looked at Xion. "What do you mean by that? You can fortell the future am I right?" Was there someone she could fortell the future?

 

Sora dodged the knife. "Larxene, don't make me kill you. I will protect Kairi."

 

Xion shok her head. "I healed someone before...but I don't remember how..." then her expression brightened. "Open your mind to me." she commanded, placing a hand on his shoulder again.

Larxene sighed, then turned to Sora, placing a knife at Kairi's throat. "You stab me, I will reflexily kill her." she said.

 

"All right Axel. I'll get what you need," his dark portal emerged as he disappeared through it. "Now where am I going to find something to help Axel? Who would have... Of course Sora!" He appeared before him seeing Larxene with a knife at Kairi's throat. "Sora give me what you have in your pocket or I will take it from you," he held out his weapon just in case. "I want the elixer and the ether you have or Kairi gets it."

 

"Fine, whatever." Sora gives Demyx the items. "Now just let Kairi go."

 

Riku looked at Xion protectively. Axel was well known for stupid stunts. He leaned in to Xions' ear. "Be careful." He whispered.

 

Larxene sighed, then shoved Kairi forward, cutting off a lock of the girl's hair in the process. She stuck it in her pocket for later, turned, and ran up the stairs.

Xion nodded, closing her eyes. "I will be." she said, smiling at Riku. She found Axel, in her mind, and gently touched his mind with her own. "You okay with this?" she asked.

 

Axel growled when he saw Riku whispering to Xion as he nodded his head at her as he allowed her access to his mind with everything that he knew from being an nobody except the various things of when he joined. It showed all the memories he had with him and Roxas and her and other things such as the organization in general including his other friend Demyx the betrayal from the other members, his sacrifice when he lost Roxas, but somehow was brought back.

 

Riku gently put his hand on her shoulder to reassure her.

 

Xion kept her eyes closed, a single tear falling down her face. She accessed the memories, then slowly looked through each of them. She tried not to pry, only trying to find what was holding him back. Something caught her attention, and she went back. The memory of her, Roxas, and Axel sitting on the tower was marred by something. She wrapped herself around the memory, driving whatever it was back. Slowly she drove it back, then at the final memory, she stopped. It was something he had thought of, something that hadn't happened yet. Herself disappearing. She took a deep breath, then slowly took the memory apart. Something shocked her, and she pulled away, opening her eyes.

OOC: Holy ****, that's a big paragraph O.O

 

(OOC: That's nothing compared to what I have posted in other rpgs I'm in. *LOL*)

"Huh! That was easy," he seized the items and held onto them tightly. "Larxene where are you going?" he ran up after her. "I need you to help me okay?" he tried to catch up with her.
