Digital Art A Roxas Sig.

Again, only PhotoFiltre is the only program I can use...due to the fact my parents will never allow anything else for me, but I'm alright with it.

I mixed some colours in it, blurred it after and then smoothed it off..Roxas is my favourite Kingdom Hearts Character so..yesh:) Cnc?

It look spretty neat. Could use some more effects, and the stock seems a little lowquality, too.

Not sure what the program is capable of so I'll leave it at that. lol
