Not really sure how many people have made Keyblades out there, but I figured I'd post mine.
Take a look and tell me what you think.

Looks pretty good, what are you going to do about the key chain?

It's not bad, though I'd recommend using something other than PVC pipes for the hand guard. It might be easier, but it doesn't look as good as it could.
Try getting some ABS plastic, it's rather cheap and if you have the right tools you can easily manipulate it. That's what I'm going to use when I make my Mandalorian armor, I've heard it's easier and less of a hassle to use.
The actual blade is very nice, though, and with a more proportionate hand guard you'd have a very official looking Keyblade.

PVC was very cost effective, it took me less than a week and under $20 to make it.

I didn't have the time or resources to make a detailed handle, but I'm going to get a 2x8/2x10 and cut one out, then cut a hole in it and slide the pipe in.

The best advantage of this is that it's not like a lot of what I've seen, which is the key part is glued onto the pipe.
I cut a piece of wood longer than necessary and glued two cut sheets of metal to it, then slid it into the pipe and used foam sealant to secure it in place (hot glue was used previously, but didn't hold up to the cold weather).

Foam pipe covers made the black grip, and I have a bigger chain to put on it; that's just what I had at the time.
I made 3 for my cousins in Kansas City for Christmas presents, they enjoyed it a lot.

Went to Florida for Christmas; the warm weather shortened the time I needed to paint theirs (mine was done in October or so). This one is mine and two of my cousins in the pre-paint stage.
