@Roxas&Sora4E: You might fit in better once we get to know you more. Until then it is better to play things on the safe side. Also two tips already.

1. Avoid chat-speak ~ We have a good number of grammar nazis here. You may think you are being clever and the like, but you just won't be getting the respect that you deserve (and could be getting with just a few more seconds per post).
2. Never talk down to staff without good reason to ~ Anyone with a colored name is staff; the only exception being premium members with pink names (such as mine). Not only is disrespecting them stupid because they are here to help you, but other members will without fail stand by the staff. No one here is out to get you, even most of the serious sounding ones are really light hearted when you talk with them more, but if you are going to pick fights then we can't help you.

Because it's true. Listen, we don't know anything about you, so we'd have no reason to attack you or hate on you. We're just a bunch of people who like to be funny and only pretend to be jerks. We just joke around when we do that. It may seem like we're picking on you because your attitude is kind of bad.

 

Because that is the main reason people get defensive like you are now.

 

Because I voluntarily do this, as do the other staff members?
And how would anyone be out to get you if we have no idea who you are? >>

I second Wolfie on that. Definately not a bot. Bots tend not to make sense and are out on a mission (usually advertizing). I would call troll before bot, but it is too soon to tell. And trolls tend to be a lot more extreme than this. Just seems like someone who isn't used to forum life (or at least not mainstream forum life). Just the same trial-by-fire that we all go through while we try to find our place on here. And as the piece that started this thread sugests, that fire can be painful at times.
