Kingdom Hearts II A Lil help about Japenese PS2 and PAL Wires

im going to be ordering a Jap PS2 and Final Mix need you guys to answer a question


will my PAL wires (Scart and Plug Wires) work with a JAP Ps2??

 

I don't recomend using your pal power wires. Since other countrys usualy have different voltage.

Why not just get swap magic? Its cheaper and less of a hassle.

 

Yeah, and you can use backup games with it too. So, it's cheaper and multi-functional.

 

Yes, it should work.

Just wondering, what region do you live in? European wires will only work in Europe, but if you are in the United States, or Japan you are going to need a Step down power converter to get it to work.

EDIT: After reading the other posts in this thread, I am actually not sure if it will work.

 

I wouldn't bet your luck on it. You're better off the swap magic way (or chip if your warranty's up).

 

No i don't think they would work, so i would even risk it.


You could always buy a pre-mod ps2. Most sites that sell them usually give you a 12 month warranty with it in case something happens to the ps2.
