A Life to Lead ^_^

--Nononononono...a little smaller than Rude's head, but in comparison its pretty-- he froze as soon as he heard her speak.His thoughts of her assets and Rude's head were pushed aside.She seemed troubled ..odd, she looked like she didn't have a care in the world inside. But alone ..things were different.Huh ..she was complicated, as was most of the girls Cloud spent his time with.You'd think he's hang out with one that wasn't so moody, like Yuffie for example.

Talk about depressing...now, what to do...? he thought, moving the hand from his mouth and settling down properly.And then came the snap of her things, casting lightning down on someone.Ouch ..no really, ouch.It was never fun getting hit with a spell unless it helped you, and Thunder rarely helped anyone at all.But enough about her affinity with Lightning ..he planned to try and have her lighten up."Ahhhhh." he suddenly yawned and stretched his arms near her, bringing them behind his head and resting it on the exterior of the home.He kicked out his legs and pressed one over the other.Small talk.

"..Where I'm from, you don't really see nights like this.." he started, his eyes focused on the sky above him.He gave her a moment to realize he was there and to take it easy.Slowly, his eyes went up to her. "..And where I'm from, there aren't many girls like you either ...you have a name?"

Cloud took Aerith's hand and stroked it. He looked into her eyes and rested his head upon hers. He was tired and didn't want to leave her side. They would speak tomorrow more about what was going to happen. Leaning his head on her shoulder, he closed his eyes not even noticing Reno or hearing his voice. It seemed like he was in a dream not knowing if Reno was there or not?

Demyx didn't feel comfortable being in her room still. They couldn't talk here alone. He would have to wait and besides he didn't even know if she still wanted to talk? She seemed distracted looking out at the window. He was tired himself as he glanced at her once more in silence.

 

Larxene slowly turned her head, looking down at the red head below her. Who was he..? He took a resemblance to Axel, actually.
Instantly, the Nymph took it as a threat, and summoned her kunai.
Holding one to the strangers throat from where she sat, she continued to look at the sky.
"Who are you?" She asked in a flat tone. Finding the situation somewhat amusing, a light coating of air was released as she spoke. Almost making the Nymph's voice sigh-like.

 

Aerith slowly closed her eyes, just enjoying being with him. She didn't know how much time she had like this left. She knew Tifa would take good care of him, once she got here, but.....it was missing things like this, being away from them, while they moved on, had families. She would stay the same forever, and never be able to have a family. The thought make her throat tight. She was the last.

 

Seeing the Kunai appear in her hands within a matter of seconds instantly put Reno on alert.She was definitely not like the girls back at home.Still, all she wanted was a name ..he could give her that, couldn't he? But that temper..something he didn't want to contend with."..Why..isn't it obvious?" he asked with a shrug, scooting over from her kunai and standing up,making sure he wasn't in plain view for anyone inside.He took the time to brush his pants off before looked back to Larxene, then the sky."The man you've always dreamed about."

He laughed under his breath.This girl probably wouldn't appreciate his attempts at humor or flirting."Hehe ..no, the names Reno. I heard all the commotion earlier and decided to drop by and check things out ..didn't think I'd be checking anything else out except the commotion.." he turned and faced her completely.

 

Larxene raised an eyebrow, and turned to face this Reno character. He held such a resemblance to Axel it was beginning to get frightening.
With her body tilted to the floor, she let her feet dangle from the low indow frame. He seemed okay...
At leas tthis guy would distract her from the commotion inside.
Without moving her head from the position it took looking at the floor, Larxene looked at the red headed guy opposite her.
"Curiosity is a dangerous thing." She replied in a smooth tone, a slight smirk curling on her lips. "Very dangerous.."

 

A confident smirk appearing on his own lips, Reno gently took her hand and saw that it was covered.He eased his hand under hers and gently removed it, all while keeping his eyes on hers. "Some things are worth the danger ..there's always something worth the trouble in the end, don't you think?" he questioned, getting her glove completely removed and putting his eyes on her smooth, delicate hand. He bent down slightly and gave it a kiss, just a small one, before holding it in his own hand."..I'll ask again ..do you have a name?" he raised his eyes back to her now.

 

A risk taker? How obscure. Normally, any male in the vacinity was either a total prick, an emotional wreck, a teenage father or a masochist hell bent on pain.
Larxene crossed her right leg over her left and smiled at the stranger.
Her smile was patronizing, but had a hint of her phantom emotions lingering in there.
"Why should I trust you?" She asked in a breath, leaning closer to the stranger. Her azure eyes met his, and she locked them there, that same smirk lingering on her lips, with a fraction o fher white teeth showing. "What makes you special?"

 

.Still no name..hard to get, huh?..I'm game.. Reno thought with an amused expression. This woman was independent it seemed, and not easy to hook with and get to know.She must've been in some pretty messed up relationships in the past ..that,or he came off as a real player.Once she leaned closer to him, Reno did the same, eyes locked on hers. This wasn't his normal approach with women, but to know her, he'd try it."..What makes me special? Why, my dear ..you've never heard of me, have you?" now it was time to show off, or at the very least make her laugh.

Pulling himself away from her and out in the open, he made sure he had plenty of room to explain and show off."Like I said, the names Reno, I work for a powerful man who nearly destroyed the entire world once.I can fight-" he stopped in time to jab twice in the air with his fists, then turn around and kick in the air.He looked back to her."I can dance, check this out-" he began doing the Running Man, and wasn't that bad at it either.Reno was a guy that could party, and he'd show her that side if he was permitted.Stopping his dancing explanation, he bowed his head to her and smiled."And..I could show you a good time ..you seemed pretty upset talking to yourself.." he made his way back over to her and turned around, leaning against the cold wall and looking at his left to her.

"I'm not rich or famous ..or the best looker or dancer ..but I consider myself a decent guy at the most..I enjoy long walks on the beach, huntin' down bad guys and ..I want to see you have some fun..life is too short to be depressed." he moved away from the wall and grinned."And ..it's also too short to not tell a guy your name ..what do you say?..give the guy a chance to make you smile?" he shrugged, waiting for her answer.

 

Larxene smirked at the man infront of her. He was such a fool... Such a charmer, to say the least. Her smile soon advanced into a little chuckle under her breath, and then he danced.
That is when she laughed, one hand across her stomach, and one over her mouth. He was actually rather funny. She might spare him, actually.
"Fine..." She smiled, looking at him with a wide grin painted upon her expression. "My name is Larxene. Aka, The savage Nymph."
She looked down, wiggled her feet slightly, and looked back up, again, into his eyes.
"And yours?"

 

Finally, a sign of life .. Reno sighed in relief once she laughed, glad that his performance wasn't all for nothing.Her name wasn't bad either. Larxene, huh?..cute name ..but her nickname is..different.. he wasn't sure if she was in a gang or some group, and he wasn't about to ask her anything personal just yet.It was all good until she asked him his name.

...

..I told her twice now..weird.

"Well ..Reno, I told you already, didn't I?" he asked, moving closer to her and bringing his hands beside her legs, leaning in and, at the last second, veering his head to the side, wondering what exactly was happening in there. "Larxene ..why aren't you joining the party in there?..and what's with the coats? Is it going to rain or something?" he asked, pulling his head back and facing her.

 

Larxene shook her head and looked at Reno. "I've been distracted.. Sue me." She mumbled, before turning and looking at the riot on the other side of the window.
Sighing, she turned back, shook her head, and gritted her teeth together tightly.
"Don't mention them. I would rather forget about those clowns right now...
Don't mention them. I hate them all for now... Except maybe Gex. He can be okay... I just need a break. I need to get away from them all.


Somehow, Larxene put a smile back on her face and looked at Reno again. "You should get away before one of them See's you, you know."

"Whaaaat? Come on now, it would be a crime leaving such a beautiful woman alone by herself like that, Larxene." Reno joked playfully, bringing his hands closer to her legs.He was planning on picking her up and setting her on the ground so they could go to a place more private and talk.It was obviously, highly, that she didn't like the people inside.He didn't plan on making moves, it wasn't his style.He wanted her to feel at ease with him, not constantly on alert.

"Sure you don't want to go out for just a while so we can get to know each other more?..I don't bite." he smiled, showing his own teeth, grabbing her hips and lifting her up from the window, turning around and setting her down on the ground."If not, I can leave.."

 

(OOC: Leon is in Larxene's room and is knocked out right now)



Axel held his eyes closed for awhile as he listened to a conversation that Larxene was having with some other guy. Randomly opened them as he saw that she was leaning out the window afterall and seem to get farther away now. Which was kind of peculair, but he knew he had heard another voice. It wasn't his imagination. Though if one guy was able to get on their floating castle then he must of found a way up on the window ledge as well. Some kind of another freak? He wasn't sure, but the fiery red head was very observant afterall known to be a spy to others and the organization's executioner so he was going to investigate. "Hey Romeo, get down from there or I will pull you in myself! And don't hide from me, you wouldn't want to end up losing your life," he ordered as he pushed himself out the window trying to locate the stranger. If this guy was going to be difficult and give him trouble then he would call out his help.

 

OOC: Okay I think Magick ended up confusing everyone thinking Larxene was actually in the house in Hollow Bastion. See, Reno and Larxene are actually at the home in Hollow Bastion to my knowledge.Basically, they are in hollow bastion due to this confusion.Sorry.She WAS in TWTNW, but due to the mistake by Magick, things got mixed up.

OOC: Right here is where it happened I believe.Reno is meant to be in Hollow Bastion, and due to the confusion I believe Larxene is there as well.If not, oh well, not editing all of that. I'll just mention where he is some other time.

 

Marluxia woke up from his nap and stretched looking around not seeing either his cloak nor his servant, with a sigh he fixed his hair and set out to look. Standing in the hallway slightly surprised to see a dancer in front of him.

"What is going on"Marly asked, slightly more shocked hearing the news. Smacking his forehead he nodded at the dancer and walked off.

 

OOC: Oooh Thaaaanks. I coudl have edited if someone had pointed out. As no one did, and no one has asked me, blablablabla.

Xion sighed, then slowly got up from the bed, careful not to dislodge Roxas. She went to the small window, tracing the glass with her fingertips. It was odd to think that just a few years ago, she hadn't even existed. Funny world, wasn't it? Working in such strange ways.

Cloud shifted in his sleep on the couch, the warmth of Aerith near him. She was like an angel watching over him and soon she would be gone from this world. There were so many questions he needed to ask her and he wondered how long she would still be with him? It was hard to sleep knowing all of this, but he did his best hoping to get through the night without having any nightmares. Thinking of what tomorrow would bring, he opened his eyes once and looked up, seeing the darkness all around him. There were voices coming from the background and getting annoyed, he placed a pillow over his head and tried to drown them out. He needed his sleep and his body needed to rest.

Walking around the room, he almost stepped on Leon whom was still unconscience. Hopefully he wasn't dead though. Demyx kneeled to the ground and placed his hand over the man's mouth to feel if he was breathing or not? This wasn't a good place to leave him either. Larxene if she got in one of her bad moods might tear the poor guy to shreds and if Cloud discovered his friend maimed, he would go all out to destroy her. Still being in the kneeled postion, he picked the young man up in his arms, avoiding the gunblade that was sticking out from the steath so he wouldn't accidently get poked by it. Conjuring up a portal with his left hand, he departed into it, his dancers going with him leaving Larxene's room bare. Arriving in his own room, he walked over with the warrior and placed him on the spare bed that was in his room. "Now your job is to watch him for the whole night and wake me up if you notice something wrong with him or if someone tries to hurt him." He gave the order to his dancers. They nodded their heads understanding their leige's order. "Good." He placed a thick blanket over the man and then took off his own boots, got ready for bed and went to alsleep in his bed.
