A Life to Lead ^_^

Larxene landed.
Her hands hit the cold floor with a light thud, just inches away from Gex's feet. She balanced, then fell backwards, and unto her feet.
Looking at Gex's expression with a smile, she giggled. "you look worried, hun." she smiled.

 

In impluse, Gex smiled at the girl.

"Now I look happy." He then broke into a montage of expression. "now I look sad. Now I look angry. Now I look glad."

After the parade of facial contortions, the manic's became placid and blank.

"I was merely wearing a mask. It is something we all to for protection."

 

Larxene raised an eyebrow.
"You need to lighten up, Gex." she answered coldly, her hands resting on her hips. If there was nothing she liked better than causing pain, it was Gex and his winning smile. And below that, was probably the moment she hit Demyx in the nuts. That was hilarious.
She looked at the vail with her eyebrow still raised. Great. How the hell do you work these damn things? Drink them? No magic words?

 

"Well you could break the bottle over my head larxene."

Gex had to smile. It was the only way to insure that he didn't get killed today, or the day after that. That reminded him, what happend to those love birds coul couldn't even keep a tombstone between them. Such strange creatures. they go through the motions of love yet can't actually feel anything for eachother."

 

Larxene smirked.
"No... I think you gotta drink the stuff..." she mumbled, stuffing the end of the bottle in her mouth and pulling vigerously hard. the end of the bottle smashed away in her jaw as she spit the glass shards away with a wider smile. "I got it open." she spoke clearly, exmining the cork on the floor. "There was a cork in there? Oh... that would have made it a little easier."

 

Gex examined her mouth, trying to see if there was any blood

"That was dangerous. You could have stolen my pain there. You wouldn't like me if I wasn't in pain."

Flexing his frail frame, the masochist made a comical attempt at looking like that large green fellow that was copyrighted.

"Gex smash!"

 

Demyx saw the other woman known as Aerith walk into the room and she seemed to be concerned about Cloud and the decision he had made. "He must of told her," he said to himself as he was pulled by Xion to the garden. "Did you want to show me something?" Walking out with her, he let her continue to pull him as he was enjoying the opporutunity to share some time with her.

Cloud waited for his food to be ready, but it would be another fifteen minutes. Walking out of the kitchen he joined the others outside of the garden and leaned against the wall, the fresh scent of flowers in the air put his mind at ease. He had no idea though at in another world, the good fairies were approaching Master Yin Sid as they alerted him of the details of the events that had transpired.

 

"Gex..!" Larxene smirked, pushing the mad man back wards and onto a stool a meter or so away. She took a grasp on the side of his head, and tilted it backwards. "Are you ready? Too bad." she smiled, throwing the purple liquid down his throat.

 

Gex began to choke on the vile concotion. to the taste it wasn't medicine, it was anethesia. He could already feel his innards going numb. No no not again, not like before. Please, spare him this fate.

 

"Swallow...Just swallow..." Larxene ordered, resting her hands on her hips. "Take deep breaths. Open your eyes, keep your head tilted."[/B She examined his expression, a small smile on her features. "Soon the numbness will travel to your arm, and it will heal."

 

Gex's arm flailed and thrashed, trying to fight the numbness harder than its master was. It was as if it knew that as soon as it felt nothing, the freedom it enjoyed would be gone. Like a caged animal, the hand began to claw at the sensationless throat, the messenger of it's capture.

 

Larxene growled slightly, her eyes narrowing excessively.
"The only damn thing allowed to hurt my Gex, is me." She spat, grabbing his hand into a vice-like grip until minor snaps could be heard. She let his hand fall limp in a faint hope that the numbness would take over.

 

At the sound of the snap, like the twisting of an animals head, killed the arm's false sentience. As the numbness took hold, the limb did not resist. All hope was lost from it. Still, for revenge it was able to make the villianous throat bleed.

 

Larxene smiled, letting Gex's arm go and drop to his lap. "Problem sol-" she looked up at his neck, her eyes wide. "What the hell!?" she gasped, leaning closer to look at his wound.
She took her hand to his head and pushed it back, looking at the scratches closer. "Gex... I gotta chop those damn nails off..."

 

the maniac stared up at the girl, the one who forced him to almost experience fear. She was the one that set his arm free only to trap it again. Now all he could feel was nothing, nothing at all. He was basically dead. He knew it, he just new it.

 

Larxene sat on the floor opposite Gex, smiling at him. "Don't worry. It will wear off." she smiled again, tucking her knees to her chest tightly. "let the numbness take over, then when it fades, you will be fine."

 

Gex tried to crane his head up to look at her. actions were getting harder and harder to perform. So this was what it was like to be dying a normal death. Trying to supress the numbness, Gex tried to speak with out his words being slurred

"and what if it doesn't?"

 

"It will. It's just the exiler taking effect." Larxene looked to the floor, picking up a small stone from the ground and messing it about in her soft hand. It felt cold, and reminded her of Xemnas, for some reason.
The man who showed no emotions. Well, no false emotions anyway.
How obscure. Does he hide them?
Training her mind back to the task on hand, she looked back up at Gex and smiled reassuringly.

 

"Is there something on you mind? Hopefully it is something important. I am right now experiencing everything I fear of death. It is the most horrid thing you could have done to me. I can't even feel the blood. It has now been spilt for nothing?

 

"Just focus on your damn healing." Larxene spat defensively. "Stop being negetive, you ass, and focus on that one thing. Never mind me." She shuffled back, her eyes glancing at the floor again. As a sign of defensive irritation, small sparks consumed the air around her, which was the main reason she had backed away from him.
