A Life to Lead ^_^

Larxene continued to walk, her mind still distracted, but only a fraction of what it was a moment ago. The nocturne had nothing to offer me, and he has an attitude problem. she told herself. Or do I have the attitude problem? No. Of course not. she swallowed, and walked faster, the doorway to the balcony arriving into view.
Her thoughts turned to Gex as she began to slow down. She was still curious as to what his past was, and what actually made him tick - apart from pain, of course - but those questions shall be asked later.

 

turning around, gex saw that Larxene was leaving him behind. Not wanting to lose site of her, the nobody broke contact with his new aquaintace and followed his...well he had no idea what to call her. He never had someone like this. Leaving mixt in the dust, the demented nothing return to side of the person he didn't have a title for.

 

Larxene turned and smiled. "Leaving your little friend so soon?" she asked in a sarcastic tone. "and here's me thinking I got rid of you once and for all." she smirked, again, with her sarcastic tone. She felt a strange sensation, the sensation to make Ge smile again. That same smile that was contageous and made her smile, too. She held her hand out, and touched his hand lightly, making a small current pass through hers to his.

 

Gex felt the jolt rattle his nerves. He bared his trademark smile. it seems he could find two substitutes for happiness. the first one was pain, the second was her smile.

"Well I could have run away with him and lived mundanely everafter. Then again I don't think you'd like that. You'd get all jealous."

 

Larxene smiled, nodding. "Yes. I probably would've hunted you both down and slaughtered you both." She looked down at her hand touching his, with the current intensifying a little. She curled her fingers in his and let the electricity flow between the two, still smiling. "I've never smiled so much before.." she chuckled, looking back up at him.

 

Gently, he held her hand. He never tried to be so tender before. Then again, he tried to prevent pain before. Something was changing, something good.

"and I've never hurt like this before."

 

Larxene's eyes filled with curiousity. "Is that a good thing?" she asked, her smile fading. Her foot steps were light on the floor as she slowed down further; she didn't want to face Xemnas and act emotionless again, that was virtually impossible with Gex beside her.

 

"of course it is. what would make it bad? is there a law that I missed out on? are you holding out? Oh I get it, this is all a big conspiracy!"

Gex wrapped his arm around larxene's shoulder. he was slow and subtle. There was to need to anger her, not when things were so good.

 

Larxene was shocked; she wasn't used to being in such close contact with someone, even if she did like him.
With the shutting of her eyelids, lightining forked from her body, knocking Gex several feet backwards. She was shaking, attempting to stop herself from such hostile behaviour with the second person she had had close contact with, and not struck half to death.
Her eyes widened as she opened them and witnessed Gex flying backwards, and ran after him, worried as to how far he might go.

 

Gex struck the ground and pounced three times. Each landing left a crack and a splash of blood. The flight stopped when he landed up against a wall. His eyes were wide and motionless. Still smiling, like a broken doll.

 

Larxene ran forward, stopping infront of Gex. Her eyes made contact with his, as she let one controlled hand glide down his cheek. "Gex...Gex...talk to me, please..." she whispered, biting her lower lip. "Respond to me... I didn't mean to hurt you...I would never hurt you without you wanting me to...." Her voice faded as her body drew closer to him; she was now virtually on his lap as she looked deeper into his wide eyes with such hope that he wasn't...hurt too badly.

 

something graced larxene's ears. It sounded like breathing. slowly, the sound began to morph and slowly intensify into something audiable. the nobody's chest began to pulsate up and down. Gex was trying to say something. He was alive.

 

Mixt walked down another hallway. Security here sucks. He thought as he went to look for anyone else. If manupulation was this easy now, what would it be like if he joined?

 

Larxene gasped, her eyes showing all the fear melting into releif. She smiled crookedly as her thumb brushed Gex's cheek softly. "you had me worried there." she whispered, laughing slightly. Her mind was still attempting to fathom out why on earth she had done that back there, and there could only be one explanation she could think of.
"I'm not used to people being so close..."

 

Passing gex's lips what a weird blend of laughing and screaming. This is it, this is what he wanted. His pseudo happiness, a false joy. He wanted this, he needed this. He needed her.

"I see a bright light, mother...mother is that you? your baby's coming home mommy!"

 

"Gex, hunny, you're losing it." Larxene smirked, grippin ghis hands. "Try and make sense, please." All these words I'm using... like, please and hunny.... urgh. I think I'm going to vomit all over the damn place. This whole thing is so sweet, it's rotting my perfect friggin teeth. She smiled, her blue eyes looking directly into his.

 

"Well love I don't like making cents. I like making dollars. Wait, what are dollars? well anyway nothing can rot your teeth."

 

Larxene's eyes narrowed slightly, her smile still intact. "I'm going to ignore what you just said, and pass it as you saying 'why yes larxene, I'm perfectly fine', okay?" she smiled again, standing up so she was looking down at Gex. "Come on, bone-bag. We have a grumpy old man to see."

 

"Oh chill madam crazy. I just suffered brain trama. at least you could help me up. Or you can sit in a corner and cry, but that would be stupid. Woah woah, what man again?"

 

Larxene placed her hands on her hips and sighed, her topaz eyes hardening the more she lost patience. She held her hand out, making sure there was no electricity at all in it. She still had that same smile on her lips, but now with a slight raise of her eyebrow.
"We gotta go and see Xemnas." she answered in a casual tone.
