A Life to Lead ^_^

Axel nodded his head in disbelief and pulled out two bottles from his pocket. "If I do this you must promise not to do anything rash. Let him explain to you of what happened. Remember someone threw him against that wall that caused him to act like this," he held back the nocturne and had him gozzle down the two bottles and waited for the effects. "Superior this is all a misunderstanding and you know it. He should be feeling like himself in a few minutes all right?"

 

Xemnas folded his arms. He didn't believe a word that came out of the nobody's mouth.

"There is an old saying that goes I'll believe it when I see it. At the moment, all I see is a desprate act."

 

Larxene appeared from a portal, a few meters away from axel. "Hey I just managed to get out of the damn hole, and this dancer comes up and....What the hell!?" She looked at Demyx, the pool on the alter, and at Xemnas. Her eyes raged with fury, but with a slither of her words still spinning in her head, her temper was under control. "Demyx? What's up with Demyx?" she mumbled, walking towards where the Nocturne and Axel stood. Examining the wound, her thoughts immediatly turned to Xemnas.
"What on earth did you do, sir?" She asked, a bitter edge lining her words; she did not like the look of this at all. A keywielder in pain and wretched agony is hillarious, but a fellow member? being hurt by the man he looked up to as a superior? That was down-right ridiculas.

 

Stumbling on his own feet, he shook his head at the taste of them. The magic liquid had done wonders as he felt his mind returning back to normal and he could see before him that Axel had his chakrams out, the boss was not to pleased, Luxord and some person were in the distance watching and he was holding his sitar. The new person that appeared to be a young girl that Luxord was standing by was the reason behind his furture actions. He felt he was going to be replaced. "What have I done?" Gasping he froze in pure terror over what he had done. It was all coming back to him. The silver haired man that he attacked was none other than Xemnas. Placing his hand over his mouth he shook all over horrified at what he had attempted. In a crushing display of defeat he fell before Xemnas's boots his head bowed low awaiting of what was going to happen to him. He could see his very life swallowing his soul up into the darkness never to be heard from again. He was sure Xemnas was not going to go lightly on him, even if it wasn't his own fault entirely. The aggression wasn't, but his poor choices were what needed to be decided. Shedding one single tear down his cheek he sumcumbed to what would be his fate.

 

Satisfying, truly satisfying. It appeared that the mulleted boy finally knew his place, or at the very least had amazing acting skills. Either way, this made him exponentally more useful. Lifting him up by his shoulders. Xemnas addressed demyx with his best impersonation of sincerity.

"What are you still doing here? I gave you an order."

 

Was he gone and finally entering the darkness of no return or was in being touched by Xemnas without being harmed by him once more? He was shock that the boss had literally lifted him up by his shoulders and was now speaking to him without that evil gleam in his eyes. Deciding he should answer, he remained where he was, his head fuzzy as he shook it to get his bearings. "Right, after I complete what ever you say can I return to the castle? And where am I supposed to go again with Larxene?" It was very typical of him to forget after everything that had happened. It was like Xemnas was speaking to a version of a child trapped in a older teenager/ young adult's body. "Sorry, but perhaps if you could remind me I could do as you ask?" he smiled feeling foolish that Larxene was witnessing this whole display. "She must think I'm a real moron now. Oh damn did she see me on my knees and me sheding a tear like that when I thought it was the end of me for sure? She is never going to let me live this down."

 

Larxene's eyes narrowed, swallowing back the slowly building whisper that was morphing into a shout depe in her chest. She could see the nervous look in Dmeyx's eyes, and was toying with the idea of speaking up.
I could speak up, face th epossibility of getting beat, then having to face the inevibility of losing my temper. I could just stand here like I am now, and not say a word, leave Demyx for death to the superior. Perhaps death is rather harsh.
Stepping forward, her smile was confident. Her eyes met with Demyx's, and with one nod, she reminded him.
"Do you not remember my advice to you Demyx?" Larxene asked, her eyes narrowing at the melodious nocturne. "When I told you to go to the beach to regain your energy? I awaited your return from the sea on Destony I slands and we met up with axel and spoke?" Her eyes now shifted to Xemnas, that confident smile still complimenting her features. "Sir, what might be happening here?"

 

"I am merely telling you your orders demyx. Now go to the underworld and make a thorough THOROUGH search for a nobody or someone that we can turn into a nobody. Do you think you can do this? Do you think you deserve your number, x, and your rank?"

 

Luxord crossed his arms his fellow members was acting like animals "idiots" he thought to himself. The gambler wanted to make the situation if his superior did not do it already. "gentlemen there is not need for this mindless hostility the female that you mistaken to be an enemy Axel is my recruit Amber" he said so everybody would know why Amber was there so she would not be attacked again.

Amber looked at everyone then looked at Xemnass "im sorry if my presence caused all this trouble" she said to him. "so you want me to give you a demistration of my power" she said to Xamnass smiling while she played with the superiors hair.

Xeol was walking in the underworld he looked at how foggy the place was. "i guess i can do something im so bored" he said to himself while he focused on the fog making it move and swirl around in the air.

 

"Yes I feel I'm worthy of all that you mentioned." He nodded his head and wanted to clear the air before he left. "I just wanted to make sure my assault upon you was not intentional and that something happened to my head, that triggered me to attack you," he brought his arm out, the darkness encircing around his arm and the rest of his body preparing to teleport. "I don't want you to hold that against me. I'm loyal to the organization for you were the one that created me and made me seem like I belong somewhere." He awaited his words before he prepared to depart.

 

Xemnas gazed at demyx with an air of uncaring. The fight prior was meaningless and discussing it at all would further delay his plans. Patting his inferior's shoulder, the superior did all he could to refocus his watermancer.

"Mission first, talk later demyx. Now go."

 

"Of course boss," he starred at him and then glanced his eyes at Larxene. "You know where to find me," he said to Larxene as he disappeared out of sight, the swirl of black and purple mixed in with tiny hints of light that appeared to be sparkles fading away as well. Emerging from the void, he stepped out and grimaced when he heard the whailing of souls from the river of death. A creepiness loomed in the air as he shook walking along down the steps that took him deeper within the bowels of the place. Of in the right there was no cave and then on the other side another loomed to the left. Not knowing which one he would go to first, he closed his eyes and pointed to one after spinning himself in a circle. "That one," his finger was tracing the green inscrptions of the entrance to the cave itself. Stepping in slightly, he took his time afraid to run into any monster or beast that dwelled in the abyss. "Okay so if I were a lost nobody where would I be?" his azure eyes scanned the hidden tunnels and the mist that floated around. Touching the wall with his right hand, he felt the disturbance of heartless, but no nobodies. "Figures," with his weapon still revealed, the heartless didn't stand a chance as they faded away to nothingness. Entering a narrow passage way, he saw what appeared to be a tomb with a figure wrapped in bandages, no face to be seen, but on it was the symbol that stood for the organization. Approaching it with caution, he poked it with the end of the blades of his sitar to see if it would move.

 

From that slight poke, a spectacle of thrashing and scratching occured. With every passing moment the air seemed heavier and thick with something that tasted strange. The taste was of bloodshed, howling screams, and animalistic impulse. What had he done? After ten seconds stretched out into and eternity, the body quit moving and the released its strange burden. Turning on its side, the bandaged creature repositioned itself into a more comfortable position. It was sleeping. Imagine that.

 

"What the... he watched what the body of wraps did and was freaking him out. He was thinking of leaving, but he remembered the fateful words of Xemnas and what could happen to him if he dared disobeyed. "No I have to stay here and search for a nobody, but why does this thing have our symbol on it?" He shook it again. "Maybe it's a nobody," picking the creature up, he summoned his dancers to his area. "I'm not done searching, but hold on to this thing and follow me." He needed to have his arms free in case he were to be attacked.

 

The unknown entity seemed to snuggle up into the dancers that it was pawned off to. A low purr could be heard from the faceless creature. The bandages seemed to wrinkle where the thing's face should be. The thing was smiling. It would be kinda cute if it wasn't so creepy.

 

Looking over his shoulder, he searched the cavern for any possible nobodies that could be of good use. He heard a purring sound as he cringed from the sight of what it was doing in the dancer's arms. "Now that is freaky." With caution it took him over two hours to search the whole place. "Okay now it's time to go into the other side. I hope I don't run into the Lord of the Underworld," he swallowed his fear and walked to the area cave that had the blue inscriptions on it.

 

Larxene opened a portal, and stepped into it, assuming - and hoping - that Demyx did the right thing and went to the underworld, for that was where she was now.
Her eyes scanned around the dark tunnel she had appeared in, her ears picking up a low murmur of a recognisable voice. "D-demyx?" She questioned her hearing a conciderable amount - this was the underworld, afterall; anything could have made that low murmuring voice.
She walked forward a few paces, her legs seeming to weigh more than usual. Along witht the sluggish feeling, a cold breeze drifted past her too, making her shiver slightly.
"Urgh....I need to find that damn Nocturne..." She mumbled, swallowing.
taking a deep breath, she gather her energy to shout again, in hope that Demyx was near enough to hear her, although in reality, it was hard not to.
"Demyx! where the hell are you!?"

 

A sly villanous voice began to echo of the caverous walls. The voice seemed professionally casual and smooth.

"Well well, What have we here?"

Silent as a ghost, the owner of the evil voice creeped up on the unsuspecting visitor and made a delicate tap with his clawed, blue finger.

 

Demyx almost jumped when he felt the sensation of the blue clawed finger and turned around starrring at the lord of the underworld himself. "Hades!" He gasped wishing he didn't have to run into him, but it was bound to happen for this was the underworld's god's domain. Backing away he smiled wanting to show that he wasn't scared of him. "Uh..." he heard Larxene's shrill voice and was expecting her to find him. "I have orders to be here," he began to back away from Hades looking for the nearest place to escape to. "I'm just going to do my job and then I'll leave," he hestinantly told him, his feet still backing up.

 

The dark lord began to stroke his azure chin while looking down at this intruder. beneath his flaming hair, gears were turning slowly, sinisterly. After taking a considerable amount of time and preparation, Hades addressed demyx.

"Oh really now? A little paperboy job in my neck of the woods. Ya know kid, it isn't to safe to skip around my turf. Things tend to, oh whats the word, happen if you catch my drift. But let's not have that get in the way of a little talk. So tell me kid, what exactly is your "Job" ya gotta do so bad?"
