BIC: Xion munched on the apple, her blue eyes focused pensively on the counter as she took another bite. It was a good apple, not too sweet, not too sour. The red skin wasn't bruised or anything. She smiled a little, swallowing, then squeezed it, the juice running down her fingers. She sighed, setting it on the rim, brushing her hair out of her eyes with sticky fingers.

Tifa slowly lay back down, still clutching her shoulder, letting the tears flow quietly down her cheek. She smiled through her tears, closing her eyes to stop them. Why couldn't she just erase everything, let it all go away?

Xigbar placed his arm over Luxord's shoulder. "I couldn't agree more, but watch yourself. The kid will protect her at all costs. If you want I can handle the twerp," he gleamed out of his eye and reached the door to where Xion resided.

Cloud's blue eyes studied the red haired nobody and he could tell that there was a lot of tension between him and Demyx at the moment. Not that he wanted to get involved if he didnt't have to, but if any violence were to break out between them, he would be there to defend his friend. He listened to Axel in silence keeping his eyes on him and then traveling to Demyx to see what his reaction would be. Shifting his weight to his left from his right leg, he had a feeling he and Demyx could be here for a while.

Demyx was caught off guard that Axel would say such a thing. Of course he held high respect for him and it was important that he was in his life. Thinking back, Demyx recalled that he did overeact with the whole blood issue and that was what Axel was upset over. He had to make things right between them otherwise he could never forgive himself. "Woah woah," he held out both of his hands in front of him. "You're very important man. Just forget about the whole inncident back at that place. I was not thinking and I was hurt I guess you could say when you called me a traitor and smacked me several times at the Altar of Naught." Demyx answered in his own defense. He didn't want a huge a confrontation with Axel or with anyone else in that matter. It just wasn't worth his time or effort.

Rexa stared at the group. The explosions stopped. "Do you think it's right to call someone a freak just because they're different? How do you think it makes me feel to hear myself be called that?" She glared at them. "It doesn't feel good... it doesn't feel good at all..."

Xaldin had watched Rexa from a distance. He was on top of a building. He could feel it... Rexa was a Nobody... He knew what to do. Xaldin put his hood up and warped down below to Rexa. He held his hand out to her.

Rexa was surprised as the Whirlwind Lancer appeared in front of her. Um.... who are you...?" She waited for Xaldin's response.

"I understand you... after all, you and I have something in common..." He moved his hand closer.

Rexa was reluctant, but eventually took his hand. A corridor of darkness surrounded them, transporting them away from Radiant Garden.

Xaldin and Rexa appeared in the Organization castle. "Here we are..."

Rexa looked around. "Where are we?

"We're home..." Xaldin replied.

"Home?" Rexa asked confused.

"Yes... your new home..." Xaldin smirked. "But first, I have to present you to the Superior... follow me." He started walking.

Rexa followed behind him, taking in her surroundings. This was her new home... perhaps she will be accepted here? Maybe... just maybe...

Xaldin opened a corridor of darkness and walked through it.

Rexa followed.

Xaldin and Rexa appeared next to Demyx. "Demyx! Where is the Superior? I have a possible new member I am certain he is going to like."

Rexa looked away from Demyx shyly.

 

Luxord thought of possible game plans that would put the pieces in the correct places. "hm" The Gambler of Fate said to himself silently "alright dear fellow can you entertain our ex-faithfull number 13 with an small conversation or friendly rough love with your loyal guns" Luxord said to Xigbar with an smirk. "remember be gentle friend cause we dont want him to break on the first hand of our lovely game because the hand that will decide fate will be for the lucky girl" he said thinking of what Tiffa would do when the game started.

 

Tifa sighed, then got up out of bed, climbing out her window and jumping up to land on the roof. She lay on her back, counting the stars, remembering when she and Cloud had made their promise so long ago.

Xion washed her fingers, then started making an early breakfast, consisting of pancakes. one thing she could do right. She smiled slightly, then closed her eyes. Her gift coudlnt show her anything, just flashes. She rubbed her head, feeling a headache coming on, then flipped the pancakes over.

 

Xigbar had a devious glint in his eyes for he knew exactly what he was going to do. "Oh sure I'll keep the traitor busy for a while. You just go ahead and do your thing." Xigbar summoned his slaves, freeshooters to hunt down Roxas. "Now all I have to do is find the little squirt," he vanished with out a trace into the house that Roxas and Xion resided in. He felt the auroa coming from one of the rooms and saw Xion preparing food in the kitchen. Quickly he snuck past her, and headed towards the bedroom, his right hand on the door knob ready to turn it.

Cloud wasn't to pleased when he heard from Demyx that he got smacked around. What else did Axel do to his friend? He couldn't keep quiet any longer. "You smacked him around? What kind of friend are you? Now I know why he wanted to be away from you guys." The level headed youth stated brandishing his weapon in case anyone were to attack him.

Demyx slapped his forehead slightly not wanting a fight to break out between Axel and Cloud. He called to Cloud and waved his arm up in the air. "Cloud, it's all right. Axel wasn't thinking when he did that. He was reacting in a way a nobody of his type would. I don't want any trouble all right?" He stated to both Cloud and Axel. "I had been through enough already and this confrontation doesn't help one bit so let's stop it before something happens that we all will regret."

 

Standing in the middle of the Altar, Xemnas gazed upward at the Lunar Heart, the center piece of his plan. His amber eyes were relaxed and fixated on the celestial being, losing the superior in a trance that he did not wish to leave.

In an instant, the moment was shattered as an orb of darkness materialized directly behind the nobody in the altar. What could it be now? Xemnas wondered about the inconvenience, hoping that it would end quickly.

 

Luxord grinned as his friend vanished to hunt down Roxas. "please venture safely my friend" the Gambler of Fate said quitly before he arrived at the house. The blond looked at an window with a light on he was familier with the aura. Luxord just oppend up the door there was no point of giving appropriate manners towards an traitor. "o little missy cooking a feast for her family that is such an beutifull picture" the Gambler of Fate said with an straight face as he walked into the kitchen. "i'd rather skip the formalitys" he said with an grin.A few seconds he had a deck of cards in his hands then he let the cards fall to the ground. The fallen cards grew bigger and multiplied covering the walls and blocking the door and windows.

 

Xion blinked, then turned. "Sorry, I don't want a new one." she replied, crossing her arms, watching. "I've already heard about you anyway. The...gambler, right? Why not the joker?"

 

Luxord stared at her with his blue eyes remembering the days she was actually usefull to the organization. The sweet memories turned into sour ones as the gambler noted all of the things she did including siding with the imposter that wore the organizations uniform. "its disappointing you forgotten your organization days then again i dont put blame on your soul because after all you betrayed people who stood beside you as you started to crack" the blond said to her. "of course im the Gambler of Fate if you want the joker that is Demyx" Luxord said with an swipping motion with his left hand. a few moments later cards appeard infront of the gambler lined up with the back facing towards Xion. "now allow fate determin how the hand is dealt" the Gambler of Fate said as the newly created floating cards went into his left hand infront of his face blocking his lips as his blue eyes stared coldly at her.

 

Xion watched calmly, thinking quickly behind her blue eyes. She didn't want to choose the cards, none of them looked good, and if she knew Luxord, or thought hse knew him, then he would have a trick up his sleeve. Her eyes dropped to the ground as she thought, pressing her back against the counter, then she smiled. Good timing. "Why don't you play games with your new boyfriend?" she asked, taunting, her eyes back on his.

 

An smirk slowly formed on his lips as Luxord examined her actions. The Gambler of Fate loved it when his opponets looked at the cards scared of the effects. "dont worry i wont be playing the normal card games im fond of" the blond said ignoring the boyfriend part as the inlarged cards on the walls fliped over letting their side that illustrated a clock face towards them. "im gona actually fight unfortionatly nether of us will have an equel starting hand" Luxord pointed at Xion while the clock hand on the cards started to tick slowly. "maelstrom of misfortion shall be presented in the harshest conditions" the Gambler of Fate said to her. "pain shall continue slowly in a circuler manner never ending" the blond said with an smirk.

 

Xion blinked. "And I thought I spoke in riddles. Seriously, can you please get a hobby? This one isn't the best for catching girls." She cringed backward, then ducked, just as Tifa flew over her head and straight at Luxord, her arm pulled back to punch.

 

Xaldin growled and forcefully jerked Demyx up by the collar of his cloak. "I said, WHERE IS XEMNAS!?" He screamed in the melodius nocturn's face. The lancer obviously disliked being ignored.

Rexa flinched and let out a slight shriek at the ear drum busting sound of Xaldin raising his voice.

Xaldin sensed Xemnas. With a smirk, he let Demyx go. "Sorry about that Demyx." He said in a sarcasticly nice tone. "Come, girl." He warped to The Superior, Rexa following him. Once he reappeared behind Xemnas, he bowed. "My Superior, I have a Nobody I would like for you to consider for membership into the Organization, if you would be so kind to do so, sir?"

Rexa looked up at Xemnas with innocent eyes.

 

Luxord always tried to by pass all the negative aspects of Xion instead look at the good ones yet over the months it was harder to do. The Gambler of Fate now could not see anyting good about the former 14th member of organization 13. Before he could say anything he saw Tiffa charging towards him with an fist ready to inflict damage. The blond jumped his body landing onto an enlarged card that layed on the ground his body merged inside. A few seconds later the Gamblers of Fate's body merged out of an enlarged card that layed against the wall his body staying on it. "ah the games star player i been looking foreward for our encounter yet sadly its not time for the game to beggin" the british blond said to Tiffa with an smirk.

 

Xion crept toward Tifa, her eyes watching, now in defense mode. This could go either way, her sight was blinded by his games. She wanted to reassure Tifa, and to help her, but what could she say? That they were both trapped, with no way out?

Tifa clenched her fist, not bothering to smile, her eyes wary. "What do you want with us?" she asked, keeping herself between Luxord and Xion. Whatever happened, they would get through it together, all three of them. "We want nothing to do with you, or your kind."

 

Luxord jumped off of the wall peeling the card off of the wall with him. A few moments later the card returned to normal size in his left hand. The blond did his signature pose as he stared at the two. "our kind that is such an rude comment to say towards me yet untrue" he said to Tiffa. "you have an fair amount to do with me and the rest of the organization" The Gambler of Fate said to both of them. "Fate never gives us options it thoughtfully selects and arranges the events in our lifes without permission" Luxord said calmly. "now back to the our kind part" the blond said to them with an smirk pointing at Xion. "Mis that girl you hold so dear to your heart lacks what connects you two how can you love and protect someone if they are physicaly not able to love you back lies becomes facts while facts becomes lies" Luxord said taunting while he stoped pointing at them letting his arm fall to his side.

 

Tifa was so confused, she would have to laugh about it later, if she lived. "She's not a nobody, if that's what you're talking about." Tifa replied calmly, sensing Xion behind her. "She's something different, and what she can or can't feel or do is not for you to say. I can love her and treat her as my family because I have that ability. Not as much can I say for you."
