Elena muttered to Axel, not caring for his excuses.Now, if he really wanted to talk to her then he'd have just said so without stalking her."And sending your little minions after me didn't help you look too good either, you know." running a hand through her hair, she tried keeping her cool this time, rather than lash out at Axel.It wasn't her fault she was caught LEAVING the area was it?

Reno ignored Cloud, not forgiving him for the spying, nor the attitude of last time."Yeah, good work ..I'll assume the pit was your doing.But why did you chase her around town?.." that was a question Reno wanted to ask for starters."Why was Elena so important to attack over?"

"Hello, Cid .." Rufus greeted, bowing his head slightly as he looked around the small home, the computer instantly catching his eyes.In such troubling times, manners was something he'd do his best to keep."May I come in..?"

 

All the way through, the Nymph stayed tuned to what Demyx had to say. No rebirth..? No heart to have at the end of this, and of all the members to help stand for her, it was Demyx? How... irritatingly ironic. It was something she had attempted to hide whenever she had seen Demyx, as it made her feel vulnerable in a sense of not acting like she was expected to.
That, in truth, was what had drawn her to Reno in the first place; he did not expect her to be anyone but herself when around him. On the other hand, when near organisation members, her ruthless side was brought out. It was like a natural reaction to be edgy and fierce towards anyone in a black cloak, or in the presence of one. In theory, it is completely idiotic, but when experienced, makes sense in a whole different way.
She looked up, her azure eyes searching for his. Sadly, the Melodious Nocturne had his head bowed towards the floor, everything about his body language spelling out that he was frightened. This is precisely what she was expecting from him: to be frightened.
On the usual occasion, Larxene would have a surge run down her spine at the thought of someone giving their life for her, even if it were pointless; she would still be causing bodily and emotional harm.

Soon, after a moment of slight hesitation, Larxene was on her feet. She looked up at Demyx, and lifted her finger under his chin to lift his head up, just so that she could make eye contact with him.
“You would die for me...?” She asked, raising one speculative eyebrow. “You really would?” Her kunai had disappeared, as her hand still remained just under his chin on the curve of where his face ended and his neck curved down. Yes, it was a stretch, but the need was there to sustain that position. She awaited his reply, her eyes squinting slightly as she wondered what his answer would be. Hopefully, this wouldn’t end badly.

Leon kept his guard up, but looked at Cloud and then at Reno and, Axel. The only one he trusted with Cloud out of them. "If Reno doesn'st want to help us then it is on his conscious as well. I never thought of him of being so heartless though."

Cid nodded his head in agreement. He recognized the guy's voice and knew that it was in fact Rufus. "Sure make sure at home. So what can I do for you?" He asked as he allowed him entrance into the home.



Axel rolled his eyes at Cloud and tried his best to ignore him, but he already knew he was going to do it. "Shut up! I already told you my reason. Roxas is not stupid he will keep her safe. I trust him. Why don't you do your part for a change instead of hanging around Demyx all the time," His tone was very cold towards the warrior and then he sighed as he saw that Leon was there as well. He walked away from them and went closer towards where Reno was so that he could explain himself. "Yes, it was my idea about the pit. Though the thing is with your partner I sensed someone was spying and didn't like the ease dropping routine. I asked her politely to come out, at first, but she refused and then began running away. I didn't know what else to do besides become confrontational so I sent out my servants, but they weren't going to harm her unless she attacked first," He wondered just how much Larxene had told Reno about their kind. Did he know that they were in fact nobodies that had no hearts? But then again Cloud had blurted that he was an nobody, but Reno didn't acknowledge the warrior. "It is an normal instinct, sorry. Anyway where's Larxene?"

During the time a few assassins and dusks that were stationed to watch over Larxene and Demyx were listening to their conversation. They found it bewildered and wierd that this kind of thing could be happening. Wait until Axel found out.

 

"Shut up!" Reno immediately looked to Leon, upset that the brunette bastard had the nerve of calling him heartless.What did he know about everything Cloud did recently?"Newsflash scar face, your little friend here was a complete ******bag ever since I met up with him again, and now when he wants help he acts like it never happened? Screw that ...but I might consider calling Tseng ...him and Aerith are close.." he remembered Tseng, and all that he had done for Zack in the past.The two were good friends ..until tragedy struck, at least.Cloud was a respectable guy in the past, but things change.

Turning back to Axel, Reno heard Elena preparing to protest but he cut her off."All right, but you two had to destroy an entire town to catch her?..Nevermind ..but it looks like the Restoration Committee is going to have its hands full." except for this Leon guy, who was just standing around not helping anyone at all when it was his job to help watch over the town.

Stepping inside, Rufus nodded his head to Cid, surprised that he didn't lash out after what happened in the past.Ah well ..maybe the guy had dropped it all, and if so, it would work towards his advantage."I came to ask you, a member of this towns Committee, if you had any information on the group that did this ..the Organization."

 

The sensation of being touched by her was shocking to say the least and he closed his eyes for a second imagining in his mind of her setting her high intensity of power through his whole body, but instead of the kunai cutting his throat where blood would have spelt, a warm, touch remained from underneath the leather gloves. Opening his eyes, he was appalled to discover her weapons of lethal destruction had disappeared. What was alluring were her eyes, and how mesmorizing they were like he had been caught in her trance and her web of destruction to be pulled in for the kill. His own orbs blinked a few times as he felt a tendorness beginning to swell and leak out, but was being forced to hold back with his own will power, gradually hurting him in more ways then one. His throat was parched and he licked the bottom of his lips to wet them, his voice that above a whisper. "Yes, why wouldn't I? You mean a lot to me more then what words can express through simple conversation. I will always be there for you." He held himself together, exhaling and inhaling as he couldn't look away from her eyes, her face, her lips and then back to her eyes.

Xigbar ignored the poking, but gave Xeol a friendly stare. "Do you want me to be brief or go into detail?"

Cloud didn't understand Reno and how he could hold onto a grudge that was meaningless, but if that was how Reno wanted to act then he was only hurting himself. "Reno you've changed. I thought you cared about Aerith, but you would rather see her remains go else where. You have the power to help me if you wish, but you would rather pretend I don't exist, hold a stupid grudge against me most likely rather then realizing you and your group could aide Leon and I with what we have to deal with. Well so much for ever helping you guys again if that is the way you're going to be. And you might do this and might do that. Yeah whatever benifits you right?" He glared at Elena. "I didn't think you or your team could ever speak of hypocricacy. You say you help those that need aide and you're there to lend a hand, but I have been denied and now I know what the Turks stand for. A group of heartless who only help if it benefits them in someway. I will remember this." Cloud had heard what Axel said concerning him and Demyx and it didn't matter what he thought. Giving a brief response, he shook his head ignoring the rude command Axel shouted at him. "That is none of your concern. You have no right to speak of that. I'm friends with Demyx just as you are becoming buddies with Reno. It comes from a connection we both feel. If you have a problem with that, then consider yourself a hypocrite for doing the same thing." He walked away from Axel knowing in his heart he was right about what he said. "Leon we're done here. Anything else that needs to be said will have to wait later. We have a disaster on our hands."

 

Xeol wonderd he did not want to be bored and he was very curios. "i would like it to be in detail" the fog wielder said giving the man an friendly smile. The fog wielder wonderd why the hero havnt made an appearance cause he sure would be cause look at the destriciton that happend. Xeol had his hands behind his back as he playfully taped his foot to entertain himeself as he waited for the free shooter to give the details.

 

Slowly, Larxene’s eyes closed. And what did we have here? Some eavesdroppers? Oh, how lovely. How bloody lovely, just perfect timing. Everything was always spoiled. Always. That was always an inevitable consequence of her life, this world, and this damn situation.
The nymph opened her eyes again, looking back up at Demyx with a great deal of disappointment.
“I think we might have to take this conversation elsewhere.” She stated, with the slight shake of her head.

She stepped back, extending her arm and fingers outwards opposite Demyx. Slowly, a portal began to open, leading directly back to Larxene’s room. There, she would be able to force privacy upon the two so talking could actually commence without a friggin audience for once.
“Come on...” she ordered lowly, entering the corridor of darkness, awaiting the nocturne to join her on the other side.

 

Demyx entered the dark void that was spiraling about, the quick noise being heard as he entered into the vastness. Upon entering her room, he stood there remembering this was the same place he had woken up to before. It brought back some memories, and he didn't want to her wait any longer. "I came as you asked and no one should be around this time." He sat down on her bed since he was some what tired and needed to relax.

"You know that could take a long time so tell me what you were up to this whole time? I haven't seen you around and I must know if you've been doing your share for the organization," Xigbar grinned cruelly at Xeol. "Luxord what have you been doing this whole time before we all met up here?"

While waiting for a response, Cloud checked his comlink to see if he got any calls or messages. It was vital to check his communication device and since it ran on one single battery, it would not be effected from the water.

 

Cid's eyes widen slightly at the name, but sadly he had not come in with any contact with them. "I have no idea who they are. I only know that they are a special group, but I can always ask someone who can. Or we can look them up on the security cameras.Too bad that one fax hasn't......" He replied but was cut off and heard the fax machine start up again and and yanked it out. It was a whole report on them. Of course he printed an copy to keep just in case. "This was received from Leon, when he and Sora were at Ansems' study or computer room," he replied as he handed the papers to Rufus. They had disagreements, but decided to let them go.


Saix listened to the other members and decided that he needed to keep an eye on certain younger members. He snapped his fingers and ordered his Berserkers away. They nodded and then left. He would of left, but he decided that it would be Xenmas who would have the last word and get his permission to do so. "This is very absurd and I can't believe that Axel and Demyx were the ones who did this," He gazed at Xigbar, Luxord and the now Xeol.

Leon glared icicly at Reno and only flipped him off with his finger. "I only go by what I know. Sorry that you are an @sshole and would rather date Larxene than help us out," He began punching a few coordinate to deal with some issues such as getting help for the city.


Axel's eyes seem to search around as he was listening to their conversation and it seem interesting to see Reno, Leon and Cloud have their say on things. However, the flurry then glare at Leon. "Bite your tongue," He replied to the brunnette. He then turned his attention to the Turks."Not neccessary, you see Demyx has the element of water and I can convince him to get rid of this water. Or you guys can make an canal to get rid of the floods," He decided to ignore Cloud and focus on Reno instead. He only hoped that Cloud knew that he meant the contract which is why he mentioned what he had said.


The assassins had seen Larxene and Demyx had left and they knew that had to report back to their master, but they decided to wait awhile. There wasn't much was happening, but

 

Xemnas nodded in approval to all three of his subordinates. He opened a portal infront of him, preparing to depart back to his headquarters.

"Requests approved. All of you, complete your objectives. Be quick, be precise, be tenatious. I am in no conditon for failure."

Without another word, the superior walked through his gateway, returning to the altar of naught.

 

Xeol looked at Xigbar he was about to speak but he seen the free shooters cruel grin. "well um.. i waza" the fog wielder said rubbing the back of his head with an smile on his face. Xeol finally got a hold of himself "well i was in Agabra collecting hearts well .. i went to my home the palace" then he had his hands infront of him with his index fingurs tapping each other "i kinda took over the throne from my dad and created an heartless out break there then collected all the hearts but i got braught back by Luxord cause um.. i got comfy staying there" the fog wielder said embarassed a little with an innocent smile on his face.

Luxord waited for the young nobody to finish the scene was funny. The Gambler let an smile stay on his face as he looked at Xeol then he turned his attention to Xigbar. "i was completing my objection in Port Royal afterwards i caught Xeol being pamperd by servents while he sat on a throne" Luxord said with an smirk. "when i came back to the castle i lectured Xeol about his carelessnes and i went to where nothing gathers where i met up with all you gentlemen" Luxord said explaining his actions he done since he made his absence. "gentlemen lets make sure we dont windle our precious time with our objective" The Gambler of Fate said to the nobodys that was around him.

 

The Nymph put her hands to the wall just near where the previosuly used portal had closed, a crackling sound emitted from her palms as a forcefield was applied to the surrounding areas of her room. Now, thankgoodness, privacy was actually available.
She turned, and walked over to her bed, kicking her boots off along the way. Once sat down, she turned and looked at Demyx, analysing his expression with slight curiosity. "You seem a little more relaxed, now." She mumbled, looking at the stone floor below her dangling feet. She still thought through the words that the Nocturne had spoken back in Hollow Bastion.
Something moved in her stomach, like a twist. The twsit curled up her body, and eventually hit her face, causing the small blonde to smile slightly.
This shouldn't be happening.

 

Demyx caught her smile and it was pleasant to see. He enjoyed this side of her. "Yeah, I'm not being watched by anyone constantly, you've calmed down and aren't going to kill me and I got to get off my feet for a change," he stretched out on her bed and then leaned on his side, to pull his boots off as well. He didn't want to dirty up her bed spread. The way she appeared so insecure or nervous, he wasn't going to say anything about that and leaned on his other side. "I meant every word about what I said in Hollow Bastion," he lay his head against his arm that was tucked underneath a pillow.

Cloud stood in front of Leon and made sure there wasn't any fight that would break out between the two. Leon could be hotheaded and Reno could be too, so he wasn't going to take any chances.

"Okay I see how it is. Well you can make it up to us by helping Luxord and I find Number XV and also locate the humans known as Cloud and Leon, but be warned don't hurt them all right?" He summoned his own portal and didn't want to waste time understanding fully by what the boss has mentioned.

Taking the paper, Rufus gently raised it closer towards his eyes and went down the list, one to thirteen, starting with the leader, Xemnas.He took a blind step towards the door, finding Rude and Tseng stepping inside.

"Did you--"Tseng started, but upon noticing Cid stopped talking altogether.No doubt the airship man recognized him, but it didn't matter much.

"Is that it?" Rude questioned, stepping further towards Rufus and straightening his suit to keep himself looking presentable.

"Yes ..call Elena, and have her get back here if she's found Reno." Rufus folded up the papers and stored them inside his cloak somewhere, just as Tseng pulled out his cellphone.

"And you'd rather help killers than--" receiving a tap on the shoulder, Reno looked over toward Elena, who was examining her phone with her free hand."Got something?"

"Yeah, Boss has information..let's go."

Nodding, Reno looked back towards Axel."Help the people out while you can, if Redemption is what your aiming for ..your not a bad guy after all, you know?" he smiled and looked back towards Elena."Lead the way."

Elena and Reno took off up the stairs again, running back in the direction of the others.

 

Shuffling slightly, a small tear drew larxene's eyes towards her inside pockets. She looked down, realizing that she had completely forgotten about the letter that had been handed to her by the nobody sat to her right.
She took it out, analysing the folded piece of paper, before opening it and reading the writing scrawled across the page in a messy writing.
Silence stuck the female nobody the more she read the letter in her hands; the words contained on the page were all in reference to her, and what made the situation what it was now.
When she had finally read her way through the letter, her eyes hung on the last sentence, reading it more times than enough. It was strange how eight words could make a situation turn the opposite way.
Scratch that; Everything about this was strange. Strange, in a sense that she had hardly any emotional control at all. Hell, they didn't even feel emotions,a nd yet the phantom reminence of them were still as strong as the originals.
"Someone who will always be there for you." She muttered the last line lowly, swallowing back to clear her throat properly, before looking at the small signiture at the bottom, signed by Demyx himself.
She neatly folded the paper back up, and slid it back down and into her pocket. Silence struck her again as she thought more into the words contained in the letter.
Painful, yet blissful silence.

 

The mirror image of Sora only laughed evily when it found that he was an ugly creature with yellow glowing eyes. "Yes, it doesn't take an genius to figure that back. It was hurt, but it seem unemotionless to pain right now. Now you feel just like Riku except his heart is much darker than yours." The key blade went to full force and attempted to finish Sora off as it combined several spell s.

Axel watched Reno leave and then smiled somewhat with his comment of what he said as the fire wielder left to see how things were going on. He noticed that he should see how Roxas and Xion were doing and went over there to investigate.

 

Making sure Rude understood entirely first with his new responsibility, Rufus looked towards Cid."Thank you for your aid, Cid ..this information could be useful in saving countless lives." he explained, now satisfied with coming here.There was no resistance, no trouble, no arguing at all between the Shinra prodigy and the Airship pilot.Everything had gone according to plan."If you've ever got a problem, feel free to ask us ..depending on the request, we can help you, as you've helped us." he waited to see if Cid had anything further to ask or say.Rude and Tseng had already stepped back outside, watching the door for any trouble.

 

Cid noticed his com link that was blinking and then he frowned slightly with the news and noticed that Rufus had the information that he wanted and he saw some of his other Turk followers watching the doorl. "Hmmm surprised to see you some of the Turks here, but unfortantely there is some news that Aerith has passed away," he replied in calm voice, but it was sadden. "Anyway I am glad that I could help," he told Rufus. "Hopefully you guys can eliminate this organization. They have been nothing, but trouble. If you dont' mind me asking what are you going to do with the information." He said to the Shinra prodigy.

Aerith had passed ..tragic news, but before he had gotten Tseng, who had held romantic feelings toward her, he needed to know the cause.Stopping in his tracks toward the door, Rufus looked over his shoulder towards Cid, tension in the room going very serious in a mere moment."..The cause of death ..what was it?" he asked, and also wondered if the little ninja, Yuffie, was taking this news well.The girl was young and, to his knowledge, was very attached to Aerith.

 

Looking up from leaning on his elbow, he tilted his head up after he heard her speak. He too was silent, as the siutation was very awkward for both of them. "Is there something wrong?" He asked quietly, stretching his arm out across her bed and then residing it off it. His fingers were curled as the they rested comfortably where he was lying except for the one hand that had been hanging off. Feeling a numb feeling, he withdrew it back towards him accidently, but gentely bumping her side with it. "Sorry. My hand was getting numb," he apologized so she wouldn't think he did that on purpose. He was now laying on his stomach, leaning his elbows on the bed with both of his feet that consisted of wearing black socks in the air. "It just feels so good to relax for a change. Facing the boss, and having him decide not to torture me is no easy task. He even placed his hand on my shoulder almost like a guardian or a father. It brought back a lot of memories for me when he did that. Made me feel like his son." He was lost in his thought, as he lay his elbows down with his head resting comfortably on a pillow.

Cloud was glad that no fight broke out between anyone as he began to walk away. "Leon we should get back to the headquarters to see if everything is fine over there."

Xigbar entered the void entering the town below. He made sure not to step into any of the water that Demyx had caused for his eye was on one member at the moment and that was the flurry of danicng flames. Where had he been all this time and most importantly whose side was he on? Xigbar needed to know. Appearing from a void, he saw the eighth member heading to an unknown location. Cutting him off he appeared before him. "The Superior has requested me to find Gex and Cloud and Leon, but first I want to have a word with you, several in fact." He wasn't going to let him get away and if he did the freeshooter would go after him. "Demyx says that you were the one that led the charge to pursue that woman and he went overboard with the water trying to prove his worth, but I want to know why you didn't stop your underling. I hold you accountable for this mess as well as him. He doesn't know better, but you do so out with it. Was it because you're afraid of his element?" He smirked to make the fire wielder uncomfortable thinking he would hurt him.
