A Knights Tale

Eva lowered her eyes, thinking quickly. "Please." she tried one more time. "Don't let the others see you."

 

"whatever..." said Felix still looking away.

 

Eva sighed. "I had hoped differently." She quickly flipped the blade and hit his head with the handle, hoping it was enough to knock him out. She had to get him away before anyone else found him.

 

Felix fell down grabbing the back of his head as it was engulfed in pain, He then blacked out.

 

Eva picked him up, slinging him over her shoulder. "I'm so sorry." she murmured, whistling. A black horse trotted up to her, nickering. She slung him over the horse, and sat behiind him, picking up the reins and trotting into the forest.

 

Felix still had the pain in his head, makeing him unable to open his eyes, He could tell he was on a horse, but here was it headed?

 

Eva smiled as she stopped the horse, and got off, petting its nose gently. "Home sweet home." she murmured.

 

The pain in his head was still not aloowing him to open his eyes, he thought he felt blood but couldn't tell if it was or not.

 

Eva sighed, then pulled Felix off, dragging him as gently as she could to the cabin. She set him on the bed, then went into the small kitchen, humming gently.

 

Felix finally opened his eyes seeing that he was in a bed. wait...where am I? thought Felix looking around.

 

She held a flower, then gently placed it behind her hair, and went outside, looking up at the sky.

Felix sat up. I have to get back to the castle! thought Felix, his head spinning.

yume looked up at her kidnapper with shock in her eyes.
"d-die?"
she repeated that word in her head numerous times while she was being pulled around.
"umm...where are you...taking me?"
yume was afraid of getting too far from the castle.
she knew that sum1 must have noticed her missing by now and was surely looking for her, but if she got too far away they would never find her.
she sighed...

 

Seto took her out of the waterways and onto land. "I'm taking you to my camp. There you stay until your father meets my demands. Once he does you'll be free to go. Just don't try to run... or there'll be consequenses."

 

yume gulped.
"wh-what kind of consequences?"
she didn't like the way things sounded.

 

He looked back at her. "You remember that dying part I told you about?"

 

she stared at him and nodded.
"mhm..."
yume closed her mouth after that and didn't say anymore the rest of the trip.

 

He arrived with Yume at the top of the hill. He pulled out his dagger and cut the rope and freed her hands. He took her into his tent and let her sit on one of the beds he had prepared. "Would you like anything? Food, drink, maybe some music?"

 

yume plopped down on the bed and then looked him in the eyes.
"why are you being so nice to me? aren't kidnappies supposed to beg for things and kidnappers reject it?"
she couldn't understand his logic at all.

 

Seto chuckled. "Just because I have a grudge against your father doesn't mean I'm gonna make you a slave just to get back at him. That would go against my knightly vows."
