A Knights Tale

Llednar arrived at the castle and called for two other Biskmatars. Martun followed by Rontis and Marche walked towards him. "you three guard the entrance, all other entrances to the castle have been locked off at threat of assassination or possible murder, I will find the children." he ran off towards Yenzo's room... "hmm.... he usually is in the courtyard..." he looked around for him

 

The two foxes that sat by yenzo feet began to growl at Pheonix. Yenzo crossed his arms smilling as he looked at the man. After a few moments he could smell Lledner scent "hm my foxes are growling at you so thats not good for you" he said to the man. Yenzo smirked before he continued "and i can smell one of my fathers loyal guards coming so you better go before i have have my pack rip you apart" he said to pheonix smilling.

 

yume put her hand on yenzo's shoulder.
"don't do that. he's actually somewhat of a good man believe it or not."
she looked over her shoulder impatiently.
"...which guard is coming...?"

 

"Yes...it was, but I know you won't fallow it."Said felix makeing it to the courtyard, he saw phenox, yenzo, and yume.

 

Fortune continues skipping rocks across the river and upsetting the surface of the water with her hands. I feel as though I am missing some grave meeting; being alone out here must be getting to my head some how. She leans forward to rest her elbows on her knees and loses balance. Slip! Splash! She falls into the river, luckily it isn't deep so she still has her head above water. Oh yeah, great. That was smooth.

 

Yenzo looked at yume smilling of her not remembering who always knew where all the kings son and daughter were almost all the time. "Llednar is happily getting us like he always does" he said smilling to her as he waited for pheonix to do what best for him so he would not get hurt. Yenzo had a feeling that day something was suppose to happen something importent his family did every year "oh yeah theres that party tonight and there dancing ther so i need to find Fortune later" he said to himself happily as his heart beated faster at the thought of dancing with Fortune. When he took a sniff of the air he could smell felix scent very close to them and the girl he helped earlier.

 

"sir twem?"
yume had worry in her eyes.
"i...i have 2 go now. maybe i'll get lucky and see felix on my way. phenox, i'll see you back at the camp."
yume started to turn to walk off in the direction she came from.

 

Eva grinned. "You know me well, Prince." She stopped, seeing the other people. She knew Pheonix, but....

 

it looked like Phenox put his hands in his pockets but he put a hand on his blade.

 

She cringed, stepping back behind her horse. He would not like seeing her here. If luck would be on her side,he wouldn't remember her the few times she had gone into the camp.

 

Felix looked back at Eva, "you okay?" said Felix he stepped foward getting closer to Yume.

 

She shook her head, whispering. "That man is from Katanos. He knows me." She shivered, knowing the consequences very well if she were caught aiding the enemy.

 

yume had walked off a little bit when she saw her brother.

she ran up to him.
"felix!"
yume wrapped her arms around her brother.

 

"Okay." said Frelix to Eva. Felix looked at yume, half surprised half angery, "What is it Yume." Felix looked at phenox and not yume.

 

yume noticed her brother's anger and let go.
"i'm sorry. i didn't mean to interrupted anything."
she gave an apologetic look to eva.
"i need to speak with you. it won't take long."

 

"Okay...what is it?" said Felix, looking at yume, "you didn't disturb anything." Felix continued to look at yume, Wondereing what she wanted to talk about.

 

yume stared at her brother for a minute, trying to decide how to say what she needed to say.
"i...i need you...to let me take the crown. it's of much importance that i'm the one in charge after papa, and...and i know how much you dispise even the thought of being royal so...so..."
she trailed off.

 

"Take it..." said Felix, "I'm staying away from the castle for most of my life...until dad is dead." Felix looked down mentioning their dad.

 

"felix..."
yume felt horrible asking this, but she felt she had to.
"why do you hate papa so much?"

 

Hoshi jumped back down from the tree and became visible again and she turned left and saw 2 guards and in her stunned look one shot and arrow at her arm and the other looked at him madly and mentioned that Hoshi was just a peasant and asked for her name. In spite of her trying not to head back to the castle Hoshi breathed in and spoke. "My name is Mizu. and I was just passing through."
