A Knights Tale

Seto was surprised by the kiss. He couldn't help smiling. This has really gone in a different direction than I thought it would. Can I now kill her father without care. But it's something I must do. I made a promise to the dead. They must be avenged.

 

"Lucky Basterd" Yenzo said to himself smiling then he looked at his father. He was still frusterated about earlier with all the girlz in the main hall for him so he crossed his arms before he spoke. "so since he is gone you increase the rather annoying percentage of getting swamped with arranged marrieges like you did to me today" Yenzo said a little irritated while his arms was crossed looking at his father the king.

 

{ooc: wut a far from normal royal family indeed...so...since the three of us are all 17, are we like...triplets?? i'm pretending we are. okay? ^_^}

yume noticed his smile and couldn't help but gain one of her own.
...please don't let this end badly...
"the water wont hurt you."
she walked towards him and held out a hand.
"theres this meadow near the castle, felix sneaks out to it every-once-in-awhile. he thinks nobody knows about it, but in truth i've followed him there once out of sheer curiosity as to where he always goes. i've been there a few times myself, but only when i knew felix was away. that way he wouldn't come upon me in his place. nature really is beautiful."
she sighed

 

"pretty much...where is that basterd?" said James getting mad at Felix even thought he wasn't there. James crossed his arma and sat back down. "will you go fine him?" said James.

 

Seto took her hand and walked into the spring. He gazed at her. "Nature's not the only beautiful thing I see here." He said. How can I do this anymore. I have to choose. If I kill the king, she'll forever hate me. But if I don't kill him I will live forever with the dishonor of not avenging those who have died.

 

Yenzo would have been laughing but his brother got in trouble not him he never did. "i hate being pamperd" he said to himself sadly. He looked at his father "if he is goin anywhere i am cause the servents is getting on my nerves by calling me prince all the time" he said to him. Yenzo would have said more but he did not want to deal with the trouble instead he would keep it inside like he always did. He looked down at the ground "i hate my wealth i hate being prince why cant i find somebody to love without it being arranged" he said to himself sadly.

 

"ugh...I'll be back in a few minute." said James as he walked into the main hall you could hear a big "Aww." From all the disaponited girls as they heard that Felix wasn't here.

Felix head was throbeing, his vision was shawdowy.

 

she blushed a little at seto's response.
"thank you."
yume looked him in the eyes and couldn't remove her gaze from him.
there has to be some way i can help without anyone having to fight. i really do miss my family but now i feel as if i couldn't just go back to them even if i was set free. i have to find a way somehow.
"s-seto..."
she was finally able to break her trance and looked at their hands.

 

Seto looked at her. "What is it, Yume?" So many thoughts and feeling filled his head. He never thought the war would begin like this.

 

yume smiled a little.
"you can let go of my hand at any time..."

 

Yenzo walked over to the throne his dad got up from he looked at it before he sat in it. After a few second he started hating it something he was once again destined to sit in one day. "stupid expensive piece of fire wood" he said to himself while he leaned against the wall. The light from the window beemed on him making his body glow he tilted his up looking at the decorated celling. "this is not my life its my fathers" he said to himself sadly as his eyes waterd a little but he wiped them then continued leaning against the wall.

 

Seto chuckled. "Right. Sorry." He released her hand. I can't believe what's happening to me.

 

James walked back into the room and sat on the throne. "Where is that Freacken baterd!?!" yelled James. Felix was in for a big...no huge punishment. he ran away on the day he was supose to chose his feance.

 

yume gave a slight giggle.
"it's all right"
princess yume looked into the forest that they came from.
"you know, i have never really spoken this much before. in the castle you're told what to say and when to say it, that's probably why my siblings hate royalty so much. believe it or not i was rather shy in the palace. i didn't really care for speaking at all. the only time i actually spoke was when i would be in the garden and i was usually there by myself. like the day you found me. well, except when you found me i had tybalt with me. oh dear! i hope he is all right. i hadn't even gotten to introduce him to papa. i found tybalt in my favorite rose bush stuck to the thorns. i really hope he is okay."
yume sighed.
"i wish i could see him right now..."

 

Seto thought for a moment and then took in a deep sigh. "Yume, I want you to go home. Tell your father the note I sent him was from local thugs and you were really just in your room the whole time. Please, it's time you return to your home."

 

yume snapped her head back to face seto.
"absolutely not!"
she became outraged by what he said.
"do you HONESTLY believe that after everything that happened i will just return home?! your mad! plus, my father wouldn't believe that anyways. i'm sure they've searched the whole castle grounds by now and some."
yume then looked him straight in the eyes with an expression of hurt on her face.
"...i'm not leaving you..."

 

Seto felt guilty for his words. "Forgive me. But I don't want you caught up in the war. If something happens to you... You need to be there if I defeat your father and you must be the one to take the crown." Seto looked into her eyes and said "I never should've gotten you caught up in this."

 

yume knew there was more to his words that he wasn't saying.
she placed her hand alongside his cheek.
she was almost to tears.
"don't make me go back."
i can't go back now. i'm not done here...
"i can still be there if you want me to and i'd willingly take the crown. neither of my brothers want it anyways."
she looked him hard in the eyes and swallowed the pain lodged in her throat.
"theres always the possibility you dont win."
yume looked down for a moment afraid of what his face looked like.
"is there really no way but to fight?"

 

Seto felt the warmth of her hand. "I want you safe. You relise your a traitor if you stay with me. A single duel, could end all this. Just me and your father. One on one. A fight to the death. That's the only way to stear clear of total war."

 

"i will be safe and father wouldn't look at it like that. he already thinks you kidnapped me. seto, i want to help. i can't just sit in my room and pretend nothing happend."
yume removed her hand from his face and went back to the edge of the land to sit down.
"i'm not leaving and you can't make me."
