A Knights Tale

Seto awoke and saw Phenox standing over Yume. "Welcome back Lord Phenox." Seto greeted one of his most trusted allies. He picked up Yume and placed her on a bed. "What have you learned of the enemy in your mission?" he said to Phenox.

 

OOC: Eva sent Seto a message saying the prince is dead. She is in reality hiding him in her secret home.

 

"Whats wrong? you seemed troubled?" said Felix.

 

Eva smiled slightly, looking up at him. "Did I do the right thing? Hiding you here?"

 

Phenox smiled. "didn't learn much." he looked at Yume "that girl... she looks familiar." Phenox said

 

"I don't know...your the only one who can decide that." said Felix.

 

Seto looked at Phenox. "Well, she the daughter of the royal family. I brought her here."

 

"the princess..." he said surprised "well Seto, didn't know you had it in you. Phenox said "how did you manage to kidnap her?"

 

Seto chuckled. "I simply snuck into the castle and brought her here. Surprisingly easy. Not that I'm complaining."

 

"i thought they would protect royalty better." Phenox laughed

 

"You'ld think. But this gives us a great opportunity. We can possibly take out the king without any casualties."

 

"hmmmm.... sounds like a good idea." Phenox said

 

james recieved the note from the hawk. "the have yume!" said James, "that means they go into here!" James looked around, "Sucure the castle quickly!"

 

"We just need to wait until the king recieves my message. Then we can begin negotiations. Until then ..." Seto looked at Yume. "We keep her under our watch. She may be even more use to us."

 

"i'll watch her if you wish." Phenox offered

 

Seto replied. "Keep her under safe gaurd. Don't let her leave. I'm going to go cook up some food for us all."

 

"won't let her out of my sight." Phenox said saluting him. he sat in a chair and closely watched the princess.

 

Seto smiled at his friend and left the tent. He began to cook some meat over the fire pit. "What will happen when the king gets my message?"

 

Phenox stared the princess down, not blinking. Phenox groaned a little. he ate ten minutes ago, but he was hungry again.

 

yume sat there with fire burning in her eyes.
i can't believe they just said 'ALL' of that infront of me! the castle has better security than they think!
she internally screamed.
he makes it sound like i just willing walked out of the castle with him. what a creep.
princess yume looked at the man sitting across from her intently.
there has to be 'some' way i can get away from him.
she thought long and hard.
