Nox walked pass the guard desiding he could live with the mystery. He bounced the ball on a stone piller and it bounced off in a direction he hadn't expected. The ball begain to bounce down anouter hall. Nox began to jog after it.

 

yume sat down on the ground next to seto.
she slid one arm behind his back and wrapped the other around his chest.
"how are you feeling?"
i'm feeling a little faint from the amount of magic i used. i have to stay awake, though. this might be tough.

 

Seto chuckled. "I'm just fine, thanks. Wish I could move though. Any news from the castle?"

 

yume removed her arms and sat shoulder-to-shoulder next to seto.
she looked up at him uncomfortably.
"it's bad. father is in hiding in the castle, master cid is currently in control of the country until you are 'brought to justice.' there are all these strange new folk in town as well. i'm not sure whom to trust anymore. it's like everything i believed in is being obliterated. the city is in chaos and nobody even realizes it."
yume wrapped her arms around her knees and leaned her head onto seto's shoulder.
"i don't know what to do..."
she sighed deeply.

 

Seto stared into the distance. "You could take me to your father. Have him and I settle this. But in my condition I would surely be defeated... but maybe that's my destiny."

 

Nox yawned he had been walking around the castle for about an hour and not found Sid. Nox would have given his list to someone else but he wasn't sure how competdent the guards were.

 

yume got on her knees and slapped him.
"enough of that talk. you keep saying that you're going to die but that's not going to happen! seto, if talk like that one more time i will leave and never come back. i promise you that. nothing good will come from your death."
she stood up.

 

Seto chuckled. "All right, calm down. Well, do you have a plan to settle this? This war is drawing out and will soon be stained with blood. How do you, as the princess, intend to fix this?"

 

yume sat back down next to him.
she remained quiet for a little bit.
"yes...i think i might possibly have an idea. but i can't explain it to you just yet. although, i do know that you and my father will most likely have to fight. that is for sure..."
yume wrapped her arms around her knees and buried her face into her arms.

 

Seto put his stregth to lift his arm. He put his hand on her shoulder and said "You'll figure something out. But just be prepared. Things may not go the way you wish. This story has many endings and our actions will determine our fate. Do what your heart commands."

 

yume looked up at seto and grinned.
"do you always have to speak as if you were a fortune cookie?"
she turned so that her body was facing seto and wrapped her arms around him to give a hug.
"i should probably go soon. i don't want to hurt sir twem more than i already have."
i'm going to have to figure out what i want to do with this card as well.

 

Llednar walked towards a tree and leaned against it, he debated if he should steal his father's war armor and cut down the kanato himself.... or if he should honor Yume's wish... he thought of cutting down men left and right, mercilessly cleaving them open... then he saw Yume, kneeling by Seto's corpse.... He shook his head, trying to take the thoughts from his head, he bowed his head and leaned against the tree. ive caused her enough pain... she doesnt need any more than what I have early given her... he thought to himself.

 

Seto nodded his head. " Return home. My men will prepare for battle.I pray you can find a solution to this. But I will fight you father, it's my destiny. Now go. Your family awaits your return."

 

OOC: i have done nothing at all

 

OOC: judge Cid has a plan for you, sorry its been slow

yume sighed.
"i already feel as if i have a good idea as to what will end this. it just upsets me so to think about it."
she slowly stood up.
as yume began to stand, she gave seto a kiss on the top of his head.
"when things are ready, i will have a message sent to you. it will be in one of the most outlandish fashions so please don't be to alarmed by how you receive it."
if hoshi cooperates that is...
she knelt down to give him one last hug than headed towards the entrance of the tent.

 

Seto smiled as she left. She will have a great affect to this war. But she cannot end my hatred. I wish she had not been dragged into this. But I'm glad I met her. Seto strained and stood up.

 

yume sighed as she felt a tear trickle down her face.
i wonder whom this will hurt the most? myself physically or everyone else emotionally?
as she neared the pond, yume pulled out the card from in her dress.
yume stopped and stared at it for awhile.
how could a card this brilliant looking do all that? it's so flashy.
she rubbed it between her fingers and then walked towards the water.
looks like i'm ruining another of my gowns for you seto. i hope you appreciate everything i've done.
yume stepped into the water holding up the bottom of her dress with one hand and the card with her other.
i'm sorry sir twem, you gave me such a useful card and now it will be going to waste.
she dropped it into the pond.
the card floated on top for awhile then slowly started to sink deeper.
