A Knights Tale Reborn!

Luso turned to her when they were outside the gates "ok, i know something is up, and i want to know whats up with you as of recent"

 

Seto walked over to where Yume was sleeping. He put his hand on her shoulder. "I wish I could talk to you. I need your help."

 

Hoshi held both hands behind her back and looked up at the sky, "You know I can read minds when they are in their midst of need right? oh wait.. no.. you didn't know that.. well.. Yume is in need.. and she somehow talked to me.. she thinks she's at a camp.."

 

Nox had found a few books he thought might be useful. Most had to do with the castle landscape and arcatecture of the building. Nox knew these books could be useful to him if he needed an escape or simply needed to collapse a cliening.

 

A scholar walked up to Nox "hello sir, it seems you have been searching the archives, are you finding what Judgemaster Cid sent you to find?" he asked

Luso was confused "well if you can lead me to her we can rescue her, i know Llednar was on his way to find her, and he as the nose of a bloodhound and they eyes of a hawk, so if we cant find him, he will" he said "but if you have any idea, lead on and ill follow"

 

"No," Nox said bluntly. He looked at all the books he threw onto the floor, "most of these aren't worth reading. Some aren't even books their records of some of your peoples daily lives."

 

the scholar was angry at Nox for throwing the books on the ground "well sir, i dont care if you are a guest in our archives, you treat our records with respect, i assume you cannot find what your looking for because we keep all alchemy and charm, enchantment and hex books in a separate area" he said annoyed

 

Hoshi shook her head, "I don't know where she is and she doesn't know where she is either.. she says she only sees black.." she said getting quiet again.

 

Luso nodded and sighed "well, if you can talk to her anymore, see if you can get any location, if you can we can save her" he said

 

Hoshi got quiet for a second then closed her eyes as she continued walking. Yume? can you hear me?

 

hoshi i'm scared.
seto i need to talk to you too. help me! i can hear you, so why can't you hear me.
hoshi are you coming to help?!

 

I'm trying.. but I don't know where you are.. wait.. who's name did you just say? she opened one eyelid tripping on her own 2 feet as she dodged a tree.

 

Luso grabbed her wrist to stop her from tripping "are you alright? did she tell you where she was?" he was growing concerned

Llednar crept through the grass, he saw a Kanato member by a tent, he snuck by him, he drew his knife from his pocket and cut a small slit in the back of the tent to look inside, he didnt see anything so he moved on to the next tent and cut a small slit, he saw a Kanato standing over a young woman....it was Yume!... he drew his blade silently and pondered an attack plan

 

Hoshi opened both her eyes then looked at Luso, "Who's Seto? she's trying to talk to a man named Seto.." she said getting quiet.

 

Seto is the leader of the Kanato forces, he is rather easy to find, he always is in the Kanato camp, so they must be there, he motioned to one of the guards to send some Biskmatars, the mage knights followed behind Luso, "we dont serve the king like the other guards, we serve Llednar and he told me that when your sister is returned you will no longer need me as an escort" he said, "you can stay here if you wish, but im taking 6 biskmatars with me to get Yume back" he said as they walked off into the forest, the soldiers close behind

 

Hoshi watched as Luso left then she closed her eyes, Yume.. I'm coming for ya.. she instantly opened her eyes then ran after Luso.

 

Luso saw her running "decided to come with us? well glad to have you along for the walk because the men dont talk much, they shout commands in battle, but other than that they dont say much" he drew his sword "i am not going to judge you like Cid and tell you to sit out from fighting, are you planning on fighting with us though because we need a few people looking for Yume, and hopefully we will find Llednar already in the camp" he said

 

Nox sighed, "that would have been nice to know earlier."
Nox put the most of the books he tought as useful back on the shelf and took the last two with him.

 

Hoshi sighed, "I don't know yet.." she said getting quiet and staring up at the sky again as she was walking.

 

Luso and the guards kept walking towards the camp

Llednar saw that princess Yume was finally alone, he cut a larger hole in the tent and crawled on the ground into the tent, he stayed low to the ground and shook Princess Yume lightly, he said quietly "Princess Yume, can you hear me?"
