A Knights Tale Reborn!

OOC: I keep forgeting where my character is at....

Felix was standing near the woods, he had lost all the gaurds that were watching him. He was pleased and began practiceing his sword skill on a few trees. Felix sighed, continueing his practice.

The gaurds had returned to the castle, hopeing to find prince Felix there, but they didn't find him anywhere, If anyone with more power found out about them loseing the prince, they would get into alot of trouble.

 

Cid crossed his arms "well since im in charge of defense i guess its my decision, ill accept those term, tell me what materials you require"

 

{ooc: i wanna post but there's really nothing i can do right now without yume's seto. i mean she is practically dying and no one seems to notice so i'm not sure wut to do at this exact given moment. *pouts* foofie....}

 

OOC: Actually Traevis was the one who treated all of her injuries maybe you could try an esape or something?

 

"Wood, herbs, liquids, and lots and lots of salt," Nox said smileing, "I can make a list also I need access to your libary and records."

 

OOC: thats why i had Llednar looking for her :P if he can find her, he is planning on rescuing her

BIC:Cid nodded "hmm ill see to it be done" he called for a couple guards by the gate, they came to him quickly "you, get smiths and supply carriers ready and gather wood, herbs and anything the magistrate has cooked up" he said and the soldier ran off "you two, gather a current thesis of all books on record, have the list brought to me as soon as possible" the two men ran off to their assignment. he turned to Nox "there we are, your request shall be filled"

 

Nox smiled widely and said with joy, "I'll need a bedroom to put my stuff."

 

"you can stay in a guest house outside the soldier's barracks, but dont think im not suspicious of your actions... i have killed many traitors and you would be no harder to wring around the neck"

 

"Sorry but I'm protected by the mercs guild. As long as I formaly terminate my contract I can work for your worst ennemy without being tried as a war crimminal or traitor. But I'm sure you can afford more than anyone else around here," Nox said smugly. He walked pass Cid and headed into the castle grounds.

 

"be that as it may i have no problem with executing you if need be, the guild is oriented around pay and thats what they get for turning a blind eye if i need to resort to anything... drastic" he said and followed Nox "your house is the one by the barracks, there are soldiers posted around your house for protection for and from you..."

 

"You know, I'll just rent a place at the inn," Nox said turning around and going into town. If I'm surrounded by his men when I do something wrong I lower my chances of escape. I'm going to have to tred lightly here.

 

Cid's eyes narrowed when he heard this "if you insist outsider... but be warned there are guards throughout the city, but you will not be as well protected, but we will be watching"

 

Nox left for the local inn and rented a large room for the week. He went up stairs and began to put things on shelves and on desk. He got out a jar of red dirt and made a line of it infront of his door.

 

Cid walked towards the front gate, he thought to himself what a strange man...

 

Nox made a list of charms he thought they might want and the materials for them. he could make better ones but he always kept the best for himself.

 

Traevis layed down in his cell he knew well ahead his mission was more than likely going to involve killing someone he stood up and tried to talk to a guard" excuse me i do know i will be given a mission by cid do you have any idea what it would be?" he already knew in all probablility that the guard would lie he was just curious to what he would say

 

OOC: i thought his name was Traevis.....


BIC: "he has a plan involving you, but for the time being you dont need to worry about that" the guard said

 

Nox looked over his list he took out several ones that would be to pricey. Then he removed the ones with materials that he knew were to dificult to equire. That left him with very little but he had to keep it simple.

Nox, content with his list, left his room and headed to where he would be working for the next month or so. He felt a little uneasy working with people who weren't afraid to kill in broad daylight. But he couldn't be picky he needed money and information.
