A King's Story 4: Fading Light

Rika was with Sayaka, dancing with the mallet.
Sayaka stood there, clapping out beats for her to dance to.

"Who's the friend?" Dark asked.

 

Matsu sat on the floor and watched.

"A dead version of Kazune, he's behind a big metal door, but I might let him out to play"

 

Hanyuu sat next to him.
Rika carried on dancing. Noticing Matsu, she smiled at him.

"Poor Xyam." Dark smirked.

 

Matsu smiled back.

"Plus, She can't move from her spot on the floor and I have no idea what the dead thing will do"

 

Rika finished the dance.
Sayaka smiled. "Brilliant Rika!"
Rika smiled back at her. "Thank you very much, sir."

"Eat her?" Dark suggested.

 

Matsu clapped for her.

"Probably, but she'll just re-spawn, you can't die in your own mind. but really, the thing is totally unpredictable"

 

Rika smiled at him. "Thank you." She had the flower he had given her in her hair.

"If she dies in her mind, she dies altogether. The body can't exist without the mind." Dark pointed out.

 

he cheered her on.

"Not all of her mind's there though" she tapped her head "She can't entirely die, and being in the state she's in her body is separated from her mind so what happens up here won't affect the rest"

 

Rika beamed at him before practising the dance again.

"Good point. Well made..." Dark said.

 

he tapped hanyuu the pointed at Rika. "Im going to marry her" he said happily.

"Don't try to overrule the person whos knows the most about it"

Hanyuu smiled. "Isnt it a bit early to decide who you're gonna marry?" She asked.

"I can put in my opinion." Dark replied.

 

"She predicted it, so im jut gonna embrace that"

She shrugged.

 

"But what if you wanna marry someone else when you get older?" Hanyuu asked. "What would you do?"

"I make good points too." Dark smiled.

 

"but I don't wanna marry anyone else"

"yes oh master of opinions" she smiled. "you wanna see where she is?"

 

Hanyuu started to think. "No... You wouldnt... Never mind!" She smiled.

"Okay then."

BIC: Opal blinked in shock, "Do you need any help?"

 

Sapphira shook her head. "No, I'll be fine."
Lyra cried more.
Raffaello watched her quietly.

 

Opal nodded and just watched her quietly.

 

"Calm down... Calm down..." Sapphira bounced Lyra.
Lyra started to calm down before stopping crying.
"She had a small panic." Sapphira smiled.
Lyra looked around the room drowsily.

 

Opal smiled and looked down at little Raffaello.
