A good site to convert .AVI files?

I'm trying to convert a video in .avi format to .wmv, but I can't download any software to do this because I don't have the admin account on the computer. I want to keep it the best quality possible. Does someone know I site I can try?

All you need is a link, and you can have an .avi; .wmv; and even .mp3 files.

We'll when i tried using .wmv's on wmm, it wouldn't make the movies for me, so is switched to .avi. The .mp3's could be used for .mp3 players (i know how to strip sound from youtube using wmm).

 

I'm trying to do the opposite, my WMM won't let me import .avi's. =/
To strip sound, I use Zamar. You just have to convert it to an audio format instead of a video format.
